    This cooker cooks! I use this cooker for cooking a multitude of grains in my small cafe. In the morning I do steel-cut oats and then keep them warm in the chamber. I cook grains for salads in the unit and it treats most perfectly. I add spice and only rarely get any scalding. The "dew catcher" tool is perfect and just one element of this unit that is designed so smartly. Non stick cooking bowl cleans like a dream and in a flash. I bought two of these for use at our church's kitchen. These are really well constructed and look really nice too. They make a ton of rice, 20 japanese cups which are a bit smaller than our size cups. But when it cooks you get about twice that much which is great for large groups and events. Cooks quickly and keep the rice warm without burning for hours. Clean up is quick and easy. We use them at least twice a month and this brand is quality! I have two at home which I have used for years without any problems. 5
