    Revelation. Great grinder. I wonder why I struggled with my old fashioned grinder so long. It is able to go from super course to almost powder & will suit any kind of brew you want to make. A bit pricey, but it seems like it will last a long time. 5If you like a coffee ritual as I do If you like a coffee ritual as I do, you will love the comfort and historic connection of this grinder. I no longer roast my own beans, but I love grinding my favorite beans and making the coffee in a traditional Chemex and filters - all available on Amazon. 5You get a workout before your coffee, and the best grind. I was pleasantly surprised. This is my first Zassenhaus grinder, and I m very happy with it already. Consistent grind, and easy to adjust. I found that the drawer was difficult to remove, but got easier after a few uses. You will find that you will get a perfect grind every time from coarse to down to Turkish coffee powder. 5Grinder produces a very good product for french press Well, I don't exactly look forward to grinding my own coffee by hand every morning, but I do enjoy the coffee. The worst part of this machine is loading in the beans. The opening is small and I have to do it twice for a 34 oz. french press. It takes about 1.5 minutes of grinding away, but loading adds about a minute, and I have spilled beans in the process. The rest of the day the grinder sits on the counter as a lovely decoration and doesn't take up much room. 4Grinds beans very slowly It is a very expensive unit, and although it does work, you have to shake or gently hit the unit on something to get the beans to go down. They tend to stick in the round little metal bowl if you don't do something to get them to go down. It is adjustable (I use a coarse grind for cold brew), and it does the job pretty well. My problem is mostly taking quite a bit of time (5 minutes sometimes) to get enough beans ground up for my cold brew which requires at least 16 tablespoons of ground coffee. It does look very attractive, and it appears well made. 3Gotta Love German engineering Love the grinder..have had many in the past but this is the best by far. Love the adjustable grinding for fine or more course. Exactly as described and received very quickly. 5Nice grinder It does take a little work to grind the beans, but it is very fine (or can be course with a simple adjustment). The grinder looks nice and feels solid. I paid $106 for this, then a day later it goes on sale for $97...uggg. 5Good grinder This grinder make good coffee, there are only 2 minor complaints I have. First over time the setting point can loosen. Second a full batch of coffee can overfill the drawer, if you are not careful, and make a mess. 4grinder fell apart This grinder is not what it`s supposed to be..it worked ok for about 2 months then fell apart in my hands..it`s half the size I thought it was and awkward to use when it did work..neither amazon nor the company that made it won`t take it back..the issue was the wood warped big time and pulled the staples out of the bottom..I may try to fix it myself and tack it back together with some small finish nails which it should have had in the first place 1Excellent Grinder Model# 151 BU!! Super Fine to Course Grind! Highly Recommend Wow!! This is a fantastic grinder!! It will grind from a Turkish powdery coffee to a course grind for French Press. I got a great price through Amazon Whse. Deals. The box was damaged, but the grinder was perfect and unused. It is the 151 BU Model. I can see why these Zassenhaus are such sought after grinders. I love that it is adjusted on the top instead of the bottom. I love my vintage grinder, but this grinder is so much better. 5
