    Three out of the six came broken and we cannot ... Three out of the six came broken and we cannot use them. The charcoal was sitting at the bottom of the bag and not in the filter. We did not realize they were that way till we went to use them today and now it is too late to return them! 1Don't look anywhere else... I've worn out one and purchased my second Waterwise 9000 Countertop Distiller about 5 years ago. Don't look anywhere else for a better buy on the filter replacement cups. Amazon's price is the best that you will find. Just follow directions and you'll be happy. 5Water stops going through the filter after 2 uses. Perhaps it is because I only use the water distiller once a week, but I found that after 2 uses (gallons of water produced), water dripping into the filter top from the distiller seems to float over the plastic top grating and runs over the overflow weep hole. Also really hard to get the charcoal dust clean before initial use. After trying the entire 6 pack, I am currently not using this filter at all. 2Waterwise 9000 Filter Replacement Cups We've been using our Waterwise 9000 for quite a few years and are very pleased with our distilled water and we have found the Waterwise Filter Replacement Cups to be very reliable and easy to use. 5As described. Item arrived with 3 of the 6 filters damaged. Contacted seller and they quickly replaced. Fit our Waterwise perfectly, and seem to work well. 5Great product, slooooooow shipping I love my WaterWise distiller! It's a great design and it's well built. I've had mine for 6 or 7 years and have only needed to replace these filters and a few of the o-rings. The carbon filters fit and function well. However, the filters are a bit expensive and it took almost a month from the time I ordered these until I actually received the item. I going to try to refill/recycle the filters myself useing activated carbon from a Homebrew or Aquarium store. Would be a lot cheaper and I wouldn't need to wait so long 4POOR PACKAGING THEY MUST HAVE USED THIS FILTER BOX AS A FOOTBALL IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. I HAD TO REPACK FOUR OF THE SIX FILTERS WITH THE CARBON MATERIAL. LUCKLY FOR ME THE CARBON MATERIAL DIDN'T GO TOO FAR DUE TO THE FACT THAT EACH FILTER WAS IN IT'S OWN LITTLE PLASTIC BAG. ALSO TO NOTE IS THE FACT THAT THE RETAINING CAP INSIDE THE FILTER WAS NOT SECURE TO HOLD THE CARBON MATERIAL IN PLACE ON THE FOURI HAD TO REPACK. THE OTHER TWO WERE TIGHT AND HELD THE CARBON MATERIAL IN PLACE. I USED ONE OF THE REPACKED FILTERS AND IT WORKED PERFECT. 2If you don't want to "taste" your water My Dad had purchased two Waterwise countertop distillers over the years and I am using his last one. We are completely sold on the clean taste of the water and not having to haul in bottled water. We use it for coffee machines, for drinking water and cooking. It is so convenient now that you can purchase accessories like these filters on Amazon. With 20 years of history, we highly recommend. 5I use these filters with my Waterwise 9000 Distiller. ... I use these filters with my Waterwise 9000 Distiller. When the water begins to taste a little off, I change the filter. 5Great filters I have a 12 gallon Waterwise distiller and love it. These filters are wonderful and are the last thing the distilled water passes through. I would highly recommend this product as well as Waterwise distllers of any size. So good to know that I am drinking absolutely nothing but H2O. 5
