We emailed about the problem and they were more than happy to replace the pillow case Just wanted to let customers know that I had a problem with one of the pillow cases. I contacted Amazon who contacted the seller. This was on a Sunday and Sunday afternoon the seller contacted me. We emailed about the problem and they were more than happy to replace the pillow case. These are so soft and I love the color. Thank you Utopia for your help. 5Soft and Cool Very pleased with these pillow cases! I had the sheet set but needed additional pillow cases. These are soft and keep cool at night, which is very important to me. The sheets state that they are wrinkle free but the pillow cases didn t - neither are completely wrinkle free as you can see from my pic. Got our pilliw cases a few days ago and we love them! They are great quality, very soft, perfect white color, and most importantly they fit our long kind pillows. I bought the Utopia white fitted sheets 6 months ago and they still look like new. This was not a paid review; I just want to help others find great buys! 5Love these soft pillow cases These king size pillowcases were soft and comfy right out of the package- which was great because we were in desperate need of pillowcases- I didn't even want to wait to wash them. (I know questionable life choices, and I probably shouldn't be posting it publicly, but the truth speaks to the quality of the product.) 5Fitted sheet is pilling We've had these sheets for 2 1/2 months. In the beginning they were super soft and felt great. Now the fitted sheet in the leg area is pilling which is rough on your legs. I used my sweater de-piller to try and remove the pills but it didn't help. These sheets have been washed with dye free, fragrance free soap. No softeners or bleach. And never with any other clothing or towels. The sheets have always been washed by themselves. So I can only think that the quality is so poor that the softness of the fabric is short term. Disappointed as we really liked them in the beginning. 2I Want to return these pillow cases for a refund ... I Want to return these pillow cases for a refund because ad says brushed cotton and these are microfiber,(a modem name for rayon), which is not suitable or healthy for bed linens. Microfiber, (aka bamboo and other euphemisms) is slippery, sweaty, unabsorbent,(that s why the spilled liquids don t soak in quickly),and undesirable for body contact.Choose bed linens with at least 60/40 cotton-poly ratio for comfort, wrinkle-free, and durability. 1You get what you pay for! Terrible quality, seams ripped while trying to put pillow in pillow case. In the trash they went. I do not recommend these at all..Thumbs down! 1Nice color, very soft. I have about six-to-eight pillows on my bed at any given time. As such, I'm a dude who uses a lot of pillowcases, and these do the job quite nicely. The color is a lovely navy that matches my sheets (the royal blue Mellanni bed sheets also sold on Amazon) well. They're comfortable, which is especially important to me as a side-sleeper. I've used some uncomfortable pillowcases in the past that have irritated my face a bit, and I have no problems of that sort with these. 5Nothing to complain about. Great value. Can't beat the price. Quality is pretty decent, especially at this price point. The color was exactly as pictured. I don't know what you call it, but I like the extra fabric that folds inside to cover and hold the pillow in. Not expected at this price. The only complaint would be with this added feature, it needs to be a little longer. Thank goodness this is for a child's Dobby costume. It arrived with a hole in one seam and weird gathering on the opposite seam. It wasn't even torn, just horribly sewn.It's going to look great on my little house elf, but it wouldn't be great for someone needing an actual pillowcase for a bed. 1
