Nice, heavy pan Nice, heavy pan. This is BIG, so make sure it will fit in your oven. Maybe I should say make sure it will fit in your sink! This would be difficult to wash if you couldn`t stand it up in your sink. I roasted some cauliflower last night and the pan warped. To be fair, they tell you not to go above 400F. I was at 425F, so it was my fault. The good news is that it flattened back out, once it cooled off. I think if you are buying this primarily for baking, you won`t have the warping issue. I`m not sure any one makes a pan that stays flat at high temps. 4Warped on 1st use, 425 degree oven I ve used USA pans for years. First use today on this sheet pan with silicone coating, 425 degree oven. Warp resistant, I think not, warped at least inch. I have another pan from the same purchase in Dec 2017 that has been used multiple times and has not warpedCan no longer recommend this product. 1FINALLY! I've got several sizes of these, and wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review. I have finally found real quality nonstick sheet pans really ARE nonstick, and really STAY nonstick. I use these for everything, but the original reason was for my Buffalo Wings, which I bake @425 . For decades I did them on a "nonstick" roasting rack in a "nonstick" roasting pan. But I got tired of the not-so-nonstick clean-up. Every other "nonstick" sheet pan I've tried since has allowed the skin to stick so that it actually comes off. These really are well-made, substantial pans. I do not wash them in the dishwasher, but you can pretty much clean them with a paper towel (if you're not in to sink washing!). I really do love these! 5Finally UPDATED...beware it does warp when you near 400 degrees. Bummer. Not as glowing a review now.OLD...I bought this for baking crispy tofu, bc of the ridges. Great side benefit is the warp resistance. I've had so many pans that after a few minutes in the oven you hear this twang sound and see that the heat warps the pan, shifting your food all together or even sliding off. Another benefit is made in USA! I love this large size too. I can bake 4 lbs of tofu at the same time, or 2 lbs plus potatoes or cauliflower next to it. I also make large batches of granola on it and it toasts very evenly. 4Not what you would expect. 1st pan arrived damaged and warped in a non-damaged box. Replacement pan arrived with scratches in the finish but no dents or warping, so I kept it. First use in the oven and it warped. If something small had been baking, like vegetables or cookies, it would have thrown them. 3Unfortunately it warped immediately during first use in 425F. I love these for baking but admit when I love them the most is when I make Almond Roca or Peanut Brittle - For years I've buttered the pan I poured the hot mix out on (at 300 ) then had excess butter - I was thrilled to find I have to put nothing on them but pour the hot candy on the pan and spread it out and when it cools it just lifts off. The first time I used the muffin pans I couldn't believe they were NON STICK and used the spray on them but then realized they are what they say and the muffins just drop right out and a whiz to wash. I am constantly spreading how great they are. 5Heavy Duty Restaurant Quality Baking Pan I'm glad to have found these pans on Amazon. Ordered 2 pans, glad I did. When they arrived I was pleased the sturdiness of these pans and its size. Definitely restaurant quality. I was looking for a big sturdy pan especially to use outside to carry stuff to BBQ. Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe. These pans have a Teflon finish with a ribbed bottom. Fits perfect in kitchen oven. Take care of these pans and they should last a lifetime. Made in USA! Highly recommend! 5Made in USA = crap Rust or corrosion within 30 days. Never once put it in dishwasherCouple months later. Pan warps every time I put it in the oven. Amazon sent me another due to the corrosion on the first one.. both are crap should have gotten my money. I just don t understand why we cannot make quality products in the USA anymore. 1Pan does not warp I went with jelly roll pan for the sides of the pan. It holds up in temps of 500, does not warp. I do not wash in dishwasher. It is super easy to clean, no stickiness from food made on the baking sheet. Light in color which is best based on my experience in using dark pans. Making cookies a breeze on this baking sheet for example. Darker colored pans seem to brown bottom of cookies faster than the rest of the cookies. The surface of the pan is something that makes this pan special and I have looked in big box stores and have not found an equivalent. Clean this pan with a wet cloth with a little soap andcomes out perfectly clean, no residue stains from what was cooked on the pan. The surface ensures that what you cook is cooked evenly on both sides. Great for all types of food. 5
