I read the reviews and most found it difficult to put together and had problems with the wheels. I found it very easy to put together took me a whole 5 mins. As for the wheels I loaded this cart up with a lot of stuff and some bulky heavy items. The wheels never failed me. This cart worked great and I couldn't be more happier with the end results. As for the liner, the material is made of recycleable bag like material. It'a very thin and i was concerned it could rip or tear. It held up fine and I did like that fact that it had a top so I could hide my purchases from people looking in. In the future I will probably swapping it out for some thing a little more durable.
