    Repurposed for Medical IssuesFor a diagnosis of Lichen Planus or Lichen Sclerosis, this is ideal. There are so few with this diagnosis we are often overlooked by medical suppliers. If you are among those who suffer moderate to severe pain yet have to sit at a computer or watch TV, this is one of the comfortable answers. First, release the tightening mechanism so that each of the arms is about 8 inches apart. These arms will support your legs. You can then sit slightly back past the cushion to relieve the coccyx area and the pubic area is naturally relieved of all pressure. A true life saver! Also, if necessary to further diminish pain in the coccyx area, you can remove the jacket and cut the preferred sized V in the foam using an electric carving knife. Recover the foam with the provided jacket and you re good to go. I also realize that your height and weight will be important. I m 5/6 145 lbs. However, if you have greater numbers, take these ideas and build your own by cutting purchased foam using an electric carving knife. (Note to Amazon: Please put this in the comfort aid medical section.) 5Not Snug EnoughToo loose around my neck. There was a gap between the pillow and the left and right sides of my head that made it uncomfortable for me to rest my head on it. I am a 5'7, 130 lb female and like to think I have a normal sized neck. Also a bit too loose for my boyfriend's neck who is 6'2 and 180 lbs, but it seemed to work ok enough for him. He doesn't love it but we will probably keep it.Nice features are the softness of the fabric, the removable cover for washing, and the drawstring clasp so you can tighten around your neck or secure to your luggage.If you have a thicker neck maybe this will work better for you. 2It works very well as an e-collar for a dog!First of all, I put this on a dog, so if you wanted to know how it fared on a person, this is not the review for you. The e-collars that they put on dogs are just terrible. I found this out as the proud owner of a dog that has just undergone surgery. The e-collar for a 90-pound dog is a huge satellite dish that made him crash into everything and bulldoze all the obstacles in his way. The dog became a menace to society. I bought this, put it on him backwards, cinched the cords, and voila, he can't lick at his surgical scar and now he has a pillow he can just lay on whenever. He can see where he's going and has no trouble eating or drinking. He's had this on 20 hours a day for 2 weeks and it's still in good shape and preventing him from being able to lick himself. It's nice and cushy and he likes it and I like that he's not going to be able to get at his wound for the next month or so. Also, he looks hilarious now and that's a fun little bonus. I would highly recommend this method to anyone with a dog who does not take well to being e-collared. 5Great pillow 4Great travel pillowPerfect travel pillow. This is probably hands down one of the best travel pillows I have ever used. The memory foam is super comfy and conforms to your body. The one thing that drove me nuts about this purchase was the clips to keep the ends locked and tied together. I wouldn't have been so frustrated if I hadn't been using it to travel around the airport. I had a difficult time keeping it on my backpack. Actually as long as I didn't use it I could Figure a way keep it tied to my bag but when I used it and tried to quickly try to attach it back on, I would fight to keep it back on... that is until I tied together not using the snaps. I still recommend this pillow for travel. Like I said, hands down very comfy. 4Travel Neck PillowThe Travelrest pillow was very comfortable on my long haul flight. My only complaint is the ties on the bottom of the pillow frayed easily. I wanted to re-order just a pillow cover but the price seems to be comparable to re-ordering a new pillow. I had used this pillow a few months back and was going to throw it away and buy something else. I decided to reach out to Travelrest and see about ordering a new cover for it. They were very nice and happy to hear my feedback and offered a solution. Even though time had passed they were still willing to help. Great customer service! 5Awesome PillowI love that this pillow has the removable cover and the drawstring. The cover is easily machine washable so if it gets dirtied in your travels you don't have to give up on the whole thing. The drawstring, while it's obvious use it to attach the pillow to a suitcase or whatever, is also good for changing the curvature of the pillow to fit more snugly or more loosely around your neck. Better quality pillow than a lot of airplane pillows out there for a much lower price. 5It was perfect. It was softBought 2 of these for a 7 hour flight. It was perfect. It was soft, the elastic handles on the back came in handy for carrying. The black cords on the front snap on and off which I loved. Only thing is one of the black cords started to break on one of them but I think it must have been pulled during my travels. But this pillow was just what I needed!! 5... environment the Travelrest pillow is by far the absolute best product for the neckAfter years of traveling and spending hours in a very uncomfortable environment the Travelrest pillow is by far the absolute best product for the neck. Not only for long flights but just resting at home on the sofa is pure comfort. We go nowhere without it. If its comfort you want this is the product you need. I was skeptical at first that this would be like all the others but it didn't take but a few minutes to realize this is the best there is. 5PerfectSo I'm going to South Korea soon and I needed a travel pillow. I've tried out six others before this one (They were all different brands). And the first ones felt awful and the smell from the others were plan awful and I aired them out for weeks. Then came along this one. I was skeptical about it at first because it's super cheap and the note on the bag said it might smell and needed to be aired out, Like the others said. Opened it and went to smell it, nothing. It smelt fine. Next test was to lay with it, super comfortable! I love it so much. I love it so much that I will sleep with it almost every night. It's honestly one of the best neck pillows I've ever owned. 5
