The look is great and compactThe look is great and compact, however the quality of the paper towels not so much. You will use more because they do not absorb much plus when you go to pull on the towels, they do not separate easily.3Great Value, Refills Easy To Find This paper towel roll was purchased for our mechanic shop bathroom, and it is perfect. It is a small, compact size and was simple to mount, as the package included a sheet of paper with clear instructions and drill holes. You just place the paper where you want the dispenser to go, tape it to the wall, and drill through it. It even provides tips on clearance allowance, etc. The dispenser locks with a set of keys and it's easy to see when you're running low on towels.The towels are better quality than I thought they would be. If your hands are really wet, they don't fall apart like toilet paper, but sometimes you may need two to dry them completely because they're pretty small. The fact that they're small probably helps save resources, though. Also, I like that you can buy replacement paper towels at Costco, that makes it very convenient!For the price point, we are super happy with our purchase. Also this dispenser will be easy to dismount and take with us when our lease on this shop is up. 5Great Upgradeneeded a smaller dispenser for my restaurant's restrooms to replace the enormous, ugly, dispensers i had before, and these fit the bill perfectly in terms of size and style. a few drawbacks tho: 1) my restrooms now tend to get littered with a bunch of small pieces of hand towel paper given that, apparently, many customers inadvertently tear off small pieces before they figure out how to pull the towels out in full sections. 2) the instructions say to pull the red seam in order to remove the hand towel core, although no red seam is present. it takes a while to figure out the best way to remove the core and, in fact, causes you to first think you ordered the wrong hand towel rolls. 3. determining exactly which size handle towel you need for your dispenser, i.e. which product number, should be much easier than it is. i recommend going to georgia pacific's website to ensure you are ordering the correct hand towel size for your particular dispenser.5Psst....Insider secretThis is a great product & suited my needs to a T. Bad thing is, I found out later that the company that you order paper from will comp them with purchase of paper towels.4This dispenser is nice and sturdy! I really like this dispenser. I got tired of buying expensive paper towels every other week, so I bought this dispenser and some bulk center pull paper towels and I'm saving money. At first, I thought that I would not be able to sit this dispenser on a flat surface because of its round shape on the bottom. So I bought a 10" plastic plate and applied some velcro strips to the plate and to the bottom of the dispenser, and it created a flat surface that works really well! I bought three dispensers one for each of my bathrooms, and one for the kitchen. I'm happy with this product. 5Smart move on my part.Best idea ever. Saves a lot of laundry. There is one of these at work, but this is a smaller version of it. Great for the grandkids...not nearly as many soiled hand towels. But the kitchen on the other hand, I wanted a paper towel in case we need to use one. So this Georgia-Pacific SofPull is the solution because we don't really use paper towels at all in our house and when need we only have 1 roll of Costco brand.This dispenser is a Perfect size for home use, measuring at 10" inches Tall x 8 1/2" inches Wide x 8 1/2" inches Deep. It actually does come with 2 large rolls of paper towels and I can see it lasting us for a very long long time. It comes with a registration paper and a diagram sheet for your to mark the holes in the wall to mount this dispenser. But honestly you don't need the diagram sheet at ll.The reason is because when you open up the dispenser, you can see the mounting holes, so just use that as your placement and a level to make sure it's level before your screw it onto the wall. The paper towel rolls are huge but they fit this dispenser perfectly. The instructions to install the roll is list on the inside of this dispenser.All you have to do if peal off the inside of the paper towel roll and pull out the sheet. Then line the sheet into the dispenser output. Now you might loose a few sheets while doing for every new roll but in the end you will be able to pull out 1 sheet at a time. The paper towel sheet measures at 7 3/4" inches Wide x 14 1/2" inches Long. The sheets isn't that soft but it will take care of the job it's used for which is drying your hands or wiping up a mess on the floor. I bought this paper towel dispenser, with towels, for my kitchen, because it held a large roll of towels. We bought these center pull Paper Dispensers to replace the old folded towel units in three rest room at our store. Now we are not going though paper hand towels like water any more, the towels are absorbent and easily tear at their perforation line. You really don't need more than one to thoroughly dry your hands anymore and a bonus ...they are much softer than the folded type paper products we used to buy. We liked them so much, we bought them for our home, now we use it in our kitchen and bathrooms at home. The difference between the trial size dispenser and the regular size is the trial size is (smaller) but not tiny ...and takes the smaller rolls of 375 sheets, plenty for us, in the 3 months we've had the new Dispensers, we haven't changed the paper yet and best of all, I haven't heard the weekly "we're out of hand towels again" in our store restrooms. Now if they could only make a center pull toilet tissue Dispenser, I'd be very happy ...:D 4Best Value for the price and works great.. For the price you can't beat it. A dispenser and 2 rolls of towels for $17.00. I set up a hand cleaning station in my garage. I mounted it right next to my waterless hand cleaner dispenser. I use to first have to look for a paper towel or rag to wipe off my hands so I didn't get grease all over my hand cleaner container when I took the lid off. Now I just walk up with my dirty greasy hands. Push the waterless hand cleaner dispenser, rub my hands together for a minute or 2 until all the dirt and grease is broken down. Then I pull a towel from the dispenser, wipe off my hands and I'm done.The dispenser works great but there are just a few points I would like to make. Be careful when handling the dispenser when mounting it. It is made of thin plastic and if you are not careful you can damage it while mounting it, especially the door. When you go to unlock it make sure you insert the key all the way in the lock other wise it will not spread the clips to release the door. Finally, when you remove the card board center roll to start the roll make sure the towels are not tightly twisted together. If they are too tight the towels will not tear off one at a time when you pull down. They will come out like one long rope and not tear off one at a time like mine did when I first put them in. I had removed the roll and untwisted the center towels so they were loose and not tightly twisted together. After I did that the towel tore off one at a time and worked great. 5
