    Nice for the priceVery nice.! 3 piece worth the price. 2 problems : It's missing a leg & corner of 1 of the trays is damaged. UPDATE: I was able to exchange the ottoman set without any problems. I've very happy with the product & service. 5... it to be lighter in color which was a disappointment. I will say I do like the design ...I bought this for my home theatre room and I expected it to be lighter in color which was a disappointment. I will say I do like the design but it came with a few dings and will be a hassle to return. This is clearly much darker than in the photos. 3Love it!Love it!!! I was neurotic in my search for this kind of item and went with this one and we are very pleased. I was worried after some of the comments, but it was well packed and perfect upon arrival. Every night we flip over the tops and have tea while watching TV and then back to using as an ottoman. The additional seating was great during the holidays and the little cubes are fine. No one has tried sitting on them for an extended period but we didn't get it for that kind of seating. We have a fairly large sectional so the cubes are more for feet than for sitting. So far so good! 5Perfect for usI did a lot of searching and review reading before purchasing this ottoman set. Nervous about buying a furniture item no matter how small. But I'm a firm believer in Amazon and the custom service they provide so I bought this set. And I'm happy I did. It fits perfectly where I needed it. And the bonus stools are great for kids to sit on or for foot stools. It's actually quite beautiful. I know that if well taken care of it will last a long time. The trays are great as well. I store some game stuff and toys in the main ottoman and my 2 yo son can use the tray for snacking while sitting on the mini ottoman. So it works out great. I'll post pictures if I get a chance. But believe me it's as pictured. 5Received damage goodsAlthough this ottoman is exactly what we were looking for and it matches the rest of our furniture perfectly, it arrived missing a foot. It appears that the seller was aware, as an extra screw is present and the box where said screws protruded the box, had an excessive amount of tape. We've contacted the seller to try to resolved the issue but so far, we have not heard back. Very shady and we are disappointed to say the least! 1Perfect & InexpensiveI absolutely love this ottoman! I bought it used from the Amazon Warehouse for a very low price and was a bit nervous, but everything looks perfect. The trays are useful and the two small ottoman fit nicely inside when you need to pack it. The large one is easy to move and perfect for storage. The small ones are a bit smaller than I expected, but they serve as a perfect foot-rest or small seat for children. Very happy with my purchase! 5Arrived with significant damageThe ottoman came in a box showing no damage but a leg was broken off and one of the cubes packed inside the ottoman was totally crushed. We are working to resolve these issues but this appears to be a damaged product which they simply recycled. 1Damaged legs and small ottomanI received the package damaged and 2 of the four legs were broken and other two were cracked. One of the smaller ottoman was also damaged and the leather was peeled off. The package came with instructions to contact the customer service to get the replacement parts, but nobody picked up the phone. I also emailed them but no response. All I wanted was replacement parts but the customer service doesn't exist. So disappointed for receiving a damaged product.********Update: the seller sent me the new parts (legs) and small ottoman because the previous one that arrived was damaged.The quality is good for the price, very happy with the purchase. 2and I love it. Having dogsWe are using this as our coffee table, and I love it. Having dogs, and a toddler I was looking for something non-fabric (fur, stains, etc...) but also a little cushy for the wobbly toddler. This fits those needs and more. It comes with 2 SMALL ottomans which we haven't quite figured out what to do with, but my toddler likes pushing them around and climbing on them, plus they fit right in the ottoman if you're not using it for storage. We currently keep 2 extra blankets and 1 ottoman inside and still have room for more. The top trays do come in handy when you want a stable surface to set things on (food, drinks, etc.).BONUS: It comes 100% assembled. You literally just open and box and unwrap and you're all set! 5Very pleased!!!Just did a simple redecorating of our living room and purchased these plus a fairly inexpensive couch cover to give the room a new look. The price was good and the design is well made. I love the large "coffee table" because it can convert from having one or two trays to extra seating or an ottoman when sitting on the couch. The storage and fabric color is what sold me. The fabric is good quality and woven tightly and it arrived packaged very well. I read other reviews that said it was damaged upon arrival. I think the company listened and made changes because this was packed so well I needed help getting it out! The side ottomans are not very substantial and a bit small and short so I don't think you could use them as seating unless it's for a kid but they are good to put your feet up. I actually stacked mine on top of each other, put a small tray on top and use them for a flower/picture stand near the couch. Nothing too heavy, though. Even though the 2 ottomans aren't perfect, I like that they coordinate with the large piece so it gives the room a finished look. I'm pleased with them and the price was competitive. They accomplished exactly what I want. 5
