Wonderful pansI love that this product is LFGB-grade silicone. The cupcake pan is a little smaller than another silicone (FDA) cupcake pan that I own. I prefer the smaller version which is not noticeable unless you have the pans next to each other. Also, much better for the waistline!! I felt a difference in the feel of the silicone, the LFGB grade have more substance and easier to handle. I have not tried the mini muffin pan but will soon....mini muffins for 2-3 year olds are the perfect size. 5I love the mini muffins they pop right out no problem ...Finally a silicone mold that is actually made out 100% silicone. You don't know how many other brands I had to return because they didn't pass the pinch test even when reviews said they did. From now on I'll only buy silicone that has the LFGB standard. I love the mini muffins they pop right out no problem and are the perfect snacking size for a toddler. I am impressed and will buy from this company again. 5For Keto Fat bombs, this is a MUSTI use this for Keto fat bombs, and it is GREAT for that purchase! The mold is flexible and soft so you can easily spread into it. No issues with keeping the mold in the freezer. And once freezing is done, taking it out the mold is still very soft and you can bend and flex it to get the Keto fat bombs out. My only gripe is that cleaning them is a little more difficult than I thought, especially the back which appears to kind of be nooked? Or just the way the mold is, the silicone is just a little harder to clean on the back. Overall a great product and we intend to bake with them in the oven too. 5No stick without any spray!These work great if you need non-stick but don't want to spray your pans with oil. They are incredibly easy to wash because of how flexible the silicone is, and you can truly soak them completely in a standard sink. I did some mix type muffins at the lowest recommended setting at the lowest time to keep them as soft and moist as possible. Even slightly underdone, they didn't stick at all to the pan. Even the muffin pictured that has a slight crisp from the batter drip came out completely clean, with the crispy part attached. No spray, no butter, nothing...clean! I highly recommend this product to anyone who bakes! 5A very satisfied customerKPKitchens products are everything I hoped they would be. I received the regular and mini cupcake/muffin silicone bakeware as a gift. The products alone would have surpassed my expectations of what I was hoping cooking with silicone was going to be, but KPKitchens as a company really exceeds the mark. They promptly checked to see that I was happy with my new bakeware, passed along baking tips and recipes and even suggestions how to extend the life of my new bakeware.I would recommend KPKitchens for their products and customer service gladly. 5Easy to pop out muffins but a little floppy Hi guys/gals, so I bought this muffin pan because it had great reviews, was a good price, & I wanted to try out my new low carb muffins in them.First the good news:1. They really do pop the muffins out easily! Now keep in mind I sprayed the cup parts of the pan with coconut oil so that definitely helped.2. Super easy to clean, after using I simply ran the pan under hot water, used some dish detergent and rinsed it off - nothing had stuck to the pan so there was nothing to scrape off. Again, I recommend spraying the cups before using them or putting some butter on the bottoms (I'm low carb so I actually use butter/coconut oil but whatever you want to use is your choice).3. They cooked my low carb muffins very well which really is important!The cons:They pan flops around a bit meaning that when you're pouring your batter into the cups, which is going to be liquid of course...you have to be careful when you pick the pan up to put it in the oven. It can flip flop on you. What I did was put a cookie sheet under the pan BEFORE putting in the oven and in about 20 minutes - I opened up the oven and slid the cookie sheet out from under the pan with my mitts on. That way even if the pan flip flopped, the muffins were secure enough (aka not liquid) to withstand a bit of turbulence :-)Honestly that's the only reason I'm taking one star away is I wish the pan was a bit sturdier. Otherwise? Awesome cooking experience for me and tasty muffins! 4but I like the results very muchI purchased these pans to replace my hard to clean metal pans. I've only used them once, but I like the results very much. I made mini meat loafs and they turned out great. They came out of the pan very easily. The best part is that this pan is dishwasher safe. My other pan is too, but I have a small dishwasher and putting pans in it takes up too much room. Also, storing these pans are great. You can roll them up or pretty much stuff them anywhere you have space. I'm looking forward to trying them out on other recipes real soon. 5The best nonstick muffin/cupcake tin - you need this!!!!!You need this if you re tired of scraping your cupcake/muffin tins no matter what you use as a cooking spray!I make egg muffins constantly for breakfast, and no matter what I used as a cooking spray pieces always stuck and it was a pain to scrape it all. Finally I had enough and found this amazing product!I learned the hard way that you definitely need a small pan under before you add a mixture (or else you will have a big mess on your counter). I just added an extra 5 minutes to my baking time and it was perfect.Easy to remove, no mess, can hand wash or wash in the dishwasher. Love this product! 5Silicon Muffin & Cupcake Baking Set Makes Baking Easy!I got these so quickly and they are exactly what I want. I have not used them yet but I can't wait to try them.They will clean up really easily too. I like that these are a set of a mini size as well as a full-size cupcake panUPDATE (6/11/2017) I finally used these muffin/cupcake baking set! Upgrading the stars too!I used both sizes of the cupcake/mini muffin baking pans. I placed each "tin" on a cookie sheet to make handling them within the context of a hot oven easier (and less painful) These are SUPERB baking pans. Not only do they release the muffins and mini-muffins easily, they are sturdy enough not to flip up or lift as I tried to get the hot muffins out. I wound up using a spoon to help me release each muffin without destroying each on. Worked perfectly.The clean-up was super easy. I rinsed them under running water and now have them in the dishwasher. These baking pans get warm but not as warm as metal or glass would be when taking them out. However do be careful how you handle them when taking them out of the oven. You can burn yourself. These are so much better than I hoped! 5Just what I needed!!I originally purchased these to replace the metal muffin pans that I use. I bake every week for an ill parent who eats muffins with her meds. Washing metal pans was a big pain. I decided to go with the Silicone and I am so glad I did. I have the option of the dishwasher - LOVE (I honestly believe if it can't go in the dishwasher there is no need for it) or I can hand wash which Is waaaaay easier than the metal pans. I am so glad with my decision. Also. the seller is really into customer service. I had an issue and they didn't bat an eye in helping me out. TOP NOTCH!!! It really is so hard to come by sellers with Integrity especially on these types of sites. KPKitchen is the real deal. 5
