Engineer Square
This tool has been a life saver. I have been using this to build a dollhouse. It is very sturdy and is built to last. My son came over and wanted to borrow it (I told him no, because I would never see it again!). I would recommend this to anyone doing any kind of miniture hobby work.

4Bite size and tough
Good size for carrying around in a jeans pocket. Have dropped it twice, on cement, and did not damage it. The size is perfect for checking all the small details, and fits into the tight spots, easy to hold in place.Thought I lost this tool, and bought a 4 inch version. Fortunately, found the 3 inch. I've used this building guitars, for about 2 years now. It is way too handy, to not have it. If you don't have one, you need one. The 4 inch version hasn't come in as useful. Wind up going to an 8 inch square for big stuff. The 4 inch is too big to carry in my pocket. Hardly know the 3 inch is there.
5More useful than I expected
Though rather tiny, this square comes in handy much more often than I expected. Well-made to exacting specifications.edit: I dropped one star because it seems very prone to rusting
4When is a square not a square?
If 89.8 degrees is close enough for you, then this will do. If you think that anything other than 90 degrees is not acceptable for a square, then don't bother with this.
2Simple, handy dandy little square
I don't know what more to write.. There's not much to this. It's square. It's all stainless steel. It's extremely sturdy. All these things have been said already.I guess it could use a hole for hanging? I used a magnet to keep it on my tool board.
5Great little square
Great little square. I use this for book making and marking small metal/woodworking projects, as well as checking square on the table saw/ band saw, etc. This thing set me on the right... angle.
4Five Stars
very handy tool
52-Inch Engineer Square
Use this to align drill bits with work piece on a drill press. Helps by insuring I am getting a straight hole in my work piece. I checked the squareness on a friend's shop standard & found it true. Nifty item to have around the shop when doing small work.
5Great for the work bag
I carry this around in my tool/work bag along with some small rulers and other random tools I use frequently. This square is dead on accurate, milled from a solid piece of metal, and is shipped in securely in really simple packaging. This thing is great quickly truing up or checking industrial parts, and actually works better for small mills/benchtop applications. Very happy with this, I love to carry it around over my 6" square.
