    Good valueThey seem to be identical to the product I purchased from doctor's office except that there is no writing on either side. I am happy with these and I will definitely come back to buy more in the future. 5Low cost, but cheap quality!There s something fishy about these filters. I ve ordered them twice this year (2019). My first order of filters worked just fine. However, with my second order, I noticed right away that the filters look different. They re the correct size, but something is different about the texture. Also, there s no writing on one side like before. After using them, I noticed they re not catching dirt like the previous ones. Usually after a week or so, the filters would get noticeably darker. With the new filters, there s barely any change in the coloration. I won t be buying these filters anymore. I don t care if they re less expensive they don t work! 1Great deal on a great productI had been paying $7 each for these filters at the local medical supply store. Imagine my delight at finding this great deal on filters and they are just as good as the high dollar ones. I will never buy filters from the medical supply store again. 5Yep, they work.They fit my machine, and I have no probs not having tabs on them as the tab just got in the way. I replace it every week, which seems to work out right. And, yes, I can tell they are definitely filtering something out of the air. Sometimes I just wonder if it's the dust from the dark sponge, but it's definitely catching it and working like it should. Definitely can't do without them, too dangerous not to! 5That is bad advice. The Respironics System One does not use ...These are OEM replacements for the Respironics System One CPAP machine. This particular price is the cheapest I could find. For the ones who had the question about which side faces which way, the side with the words faces inward. And for the ones who read the review about recommending the filter with the tab...That is bad advice. The Respironics System One does not use the filters with tabs and the ones with tabs are too big anyway. They have to be cut down and is more of a pain than anything else. Take it from someone who has tried to make them fit. The price is so good I do not have a problem replacing the filter more often (once a week) which is better for cleaner air. Since these do not come with writing on one side they are inserted with the mesh side facing the machine and the fuzzy side against the washable filter. 5Fits well; works well.Fits perfectly in the machine. They seem to filter pretty well. I am in a harsh environment condition and need to replace the filters more regularly, so it is nice to have extras on hand for a great price. 4
