Customer Reviews

This is a great thing to have if you want to speed up ... This jig works well and definitely helps speeding up the process of making parachord bracelets. It's kind of a pain to adjust to the correct size your looking to make. My other complaint is that it only works with snap clip style clasps. If you want to use the barbell style clasps its very difficult. This is a great thing to have if you want to speed up your bracelet making. 3Clips will not stay locked into place while weaving Does it's job for the most part. However, I found that the smaller clip side does not work well with any of my smaller clips. They simply do not stay attached while weaving. The larger clip side works fine for me but it almost seemed like the jig was pre-owned or used already due to some obvious wear and tear on the fixtures of the jig. If the smaller clip side worked I would have given the product 4 stars. It's seems fairly well made aside from some of the small condition issues I found with it. Is anyone else having issued keeping thier clips on the jigs clips? I think at this point, I am just going to replace the clips that came with the jig with newer ones that I know will snap into place and stay put so that I can get a nice tight weave. Still better than doing the job free handed though unless you can maintain a nice tight grip on your cords the whole time. 3Solid piece with cheap parts I ordered this Ezzzy - Jig Bracelet maker in late in late September. There are two problems. It doesn't adjust for short pieces like key fobs and the biggest problem is the plastic piece that holds the clip to the jig is broke rendering it useless on that side. There is no information on replacement parts. 3 months and the Ezzzy - Jig is broke. Solid wood work with cheap parts and no replacement parts. I'm told I cant return it. 2Great unit and well made. Very well made unit and easy to use. I can see this unit lasting a long time and the wood and choice of materials are excellent for what it is. I did change out the buckles to fit my particular supply of buckle types, but that was as easy as using a screwdriver and a quick exchange of the buckles. I cranked out 3 bracelets in under an hour and each time it gets easier to make... Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about with this unit since it held tight and didn't have any problems whatsoever - I'd buy again if I needed to - that says it all... 5Great starter jig! I bought this jig for my 9 year old daughter for her 9th birthday. She loves creating with loom bands, and I thought she might like to expand her bracelet-making skills. For my 9 year old this works pretty well, and I've used it and like it as well. It holds everything firmly in place as you are making your bracelet. It's easy to adjust, and you can secure it easily using the wing nut on the bottom. It appease to be built well, and doesn't seam weak or wobbly. The only problem we have had with it is the buckles that came with all of our paracord, do not quite fit the buckles on this jig. That's not really a problem, because we can easily unscrew these buckles, and put a set of our buckles on there so that everything holds more firmly. I worry that if I do that though, will the screw go back into place and stay securely? We shall find out. She has had this for a couple weeks now and has been using it without problem. I would recommend this for somebody who wants to start making paracord bracelets. 4Good for Starters Well, for what it is, it does the job. For beginners this is a good start for those wanting to make paracord bracelets. After a small amount of use though, the bolt and nut would spin and lock down to secure. The wood used to make it is to soft of a material that eventually it will wear. I used a stripped of metal from a drywall kit to give it some strength but I feel will hold out just a bit longer and replace the bolt to be open ended and use 2 wingnuts to secure it from moving. 3Makes paracord braiding a breeze! This is a very nice little jig. Easily adjustable for bracelets, key chain fobs, etc. Adjustable with one simple wing nut/bolt from 6" - 12" . Comes with instructions not only on the use of the jig but braiding instructions also. Comes with clips attached in 3/8" & 3/4". There is also an empty clip mount so you can add on any other size clip you want, or you can use the loop & knot closure style. You can remove the attached clips with a Phillips screwdriver. I purchased 2. One for my 11 year old daughter & one for myself. Easy for both of us! 5Great jig, good price Great little Jig to be able to make the exact size you want over and over. I only have 2 small complaints. One is that it does not get big enough to make the dog collars that everyone asks me to make, I guess I will have to buy a bigger one for that and two is that it is not very stable unless you are sitting at a table. I like to sit and make collars and bracelets as I watch TV. You can't do that with this thing in your lap, at least I can't. So I use the jig to get the length right then remove the bracelet after the first couple of rows and finish it off while the TV glows.... 4A good idea, very reasonable priced but need refinement Very nicely made and love that you can add a third size clip of your choice. A problem I have is that it slips a little. I think rubber washers might help. Also the clips I have are different than those on the jig. Where the screw goes into the wood it would be good if they sank a metal screw piece that the screw would go into as changing the buckle would wear away the hole and the screw would no longer hold over time. 4Jig for fast cobra bracelets Nice jig, pretty sturdy with adjustable length. I made a few things on it, just to find that jigs limit your ability to turn the piece to adjust the knots. Jigs good for cobra bracelets, not so much other knot patterns. I do use the empty hook on the ends as a brace. I rarely use plastic buckles and prefer to knot the clasp into the bracelet. Knotted clasps are stronger and more comfy in my opinion. This jig is as described and a reasonable price and quality. 5
