    Arrived missing a hook : ( This arrived missing the hook on the far left side. It looks like it had broken off at some point, and then got sanded down and painted over, since there is a nub there with white paint on it. So, it was wrapped up and shipped this way, not broken off in transit.It's too much of a hassle to return it, so I'll probably just hang it up like that, but it's going to bug me. Maybe I can break the one off the far right side and paint over it, so at least it's symmetrical. Kind of lame... : ( 1Cannot be hung properly I bought this item for my beach house. I am 62 yo and worked in a hardware store so have assembled and hung a lot of items. I have never seen a hanging system as poorly designed as this one. The screws provided are too big for the eye so you have enlarge the eye by to digging out some metal You cannot adjust the screws once the anchors are put in because they covered by the rest of the object. So your measurements have to be perfect....if you are off 1/16th in you cannot hang it. And once hung the bottom is recessed from the wall and so it tilts. I would throw it away except now I have holes in my wall that need to be covered. The product deserves a zero rating. 1As much as i love the way it looks i have not been able ... As much as i love the way it looks i have not been able to mount it to the wall... the holes in the back are not uniform in size and are not flush with the wall. I havent returned it though. Trying to find a way to make it work. 2Great for decor Hefty product. Love the design. Just what I was looking for! 4Great product! I was looking for a beachy feel for the key holder, and the picture on the web site doesn't do this product justice. It is a little more distressed than pictured, which makes it perfect. It's really much better quality than I thought it would be, so I'm perfectly happy with it. Oh, and the key hooks are far enough apart for chunky key chains to not be knocking others off when you hang them up! 5Nice idea This is a very cute item. It did arrive broken however and I needed to glue it back together. It was too much trouble to send it back. That being said, the item does not hang evenly on the wall - one end sticks out further than the other due to the placement of the hanging hook. Cute, but took it down as it did not hang securely. 3Beachy Keyholder Love this key holder. I thought it was going to be much larger but it's very pretty and seems well made. It would only hold about two sets of keys. Hope this pic puts things into perspective for you. 5Not quite as white as the picture shows This item comes nicely packaged. Although it looks more ceramic than metal, it is actually metal. The coloring on this is not quite as white as shown in the picture. It has quite a bit of shadowing of browns throughout, but accents in a beachy way. It has a two hook hanger system for more stability. I have a lighthouse/sea theme going and this goes very well with that. Doesn't take up too much space and does the job. 4Very satisfied Didn't expect this to be such good quality, turned out to be a ceramic like material, and even better color than the picture which looks like a bright white. 5Cute but small Bought this and the matching napkin holder (which I love!). This is very nice, but smaller than I thought. I took a pic of it on a regular notebook so you can get an idea of size. As a result of the small size, the hooks are much closer together than usual. You can see my pic with this one compared to another key hanger that I have. This one has 5 hooks to the "normal" 3. Still cute and I have it hanging by the door, but I use it for the spare keys, not the bulky ones we use every day. 4
