Love the plates however some where brokenI really liked the plates! I order the white with the gold rim. The gold is a bright gold which is what I was looking for. The only reason I m giving them 4 stars and not a 5 (and may need to return them): I ordered 2 sets of the 240 combo. I have received 1 set and the other will be arriving later on this week. However with the set I have received, 12 of the dinner plates are broken. Depending on how the other set comes in I may need to return them if about the same amount are broken. I did read in the previous reviews that a few would be broken but I did not expect 12. Fingers cross, I really like the plates! One of the four boxes was packed perfectly with extra cardboard for cushioning - None of the plates in this box were broken.
