You ll enjoy baking beautiful cakes with this terrific bundt pan! My sister complained about a bundt cake she had baked that tore on the way out of the pan. I told her, it s not you; it s the pan, and I sent her this pan as a gift. Yesterday she used it for the first time, and she called to tell me, The cake slid right out! It looks perfect! She s thrilled, and looking forward to baking many bundt cakes in the future.I gave easy to clean only two stars because with all those nooks and crannies, a bundt pan is by definition hard to clean. (Putting it in the dishwasher is not recommended.) But this is not really a flaw, just part of the nature of this excellent product. 5Deceptive pictures! This is deceiving ... I am going to keep it, because I need a pan this size, however it is not the product pictured. The one I received is a dark gray color, inside and out NOT the shiny heavy looking one in the picture. Haven't baked in it yet, but in my experience these dark dull pans never produce a pretty golden crust on pound cakes. 2I have used it four times and each time the cake sticks to the pan even tho I oiled it like it said to do Bought this Bundt pan to replace my old one which I have had for several years, I have used it four times and each time the cake sticks to the pan even tho I oiled it like it said to do. Will have to buy a different brand. 1performed as expected - since using these pans i have ... performed as expected - since using these pans i have not had 1 issue with my cakes not coming out of the pan after being cooked. They literally fall out when i turn them over. Only thing i wish this pan had is the lip on the sides so that i can hold it when transferring from one place to another. 5great pan great price Iv e always wondered if these were worth the price so when I saw this one so reasonabl y priced I ordered. What a deal. Th e c ages come out perfectly, which is amazing. I had stopped making bundt cakes c and pound cakes because I bake fo r company and to giv e away. Bundt and pound cakes too frequently left to much in the pan, creating an unacceptable presentation. Grwat c ap p earanc e l makes me look like c a professional baker 5Excellent Heat Conductor For several months now my bundt cakes were coming out gummy and sticking to the sides and top of the pan. These are cake recipes that I have been making for years and it took me a while and a few purchasing mistakes to realize that the problem was not in my oven, or the ingredients but the fact that the newer pans I purchased to replaced my old leaking bundt pan were not up to snuff. The ones I purchased were not cheap had come highly recommended. I searched the internet for my problem and found and interesting article that described the problems I was having to a "T". The solution, was to purchase a quality bundt pan with excellent heat conduction. They recommended the Nordic Ware Pans.My very first usage of the Nordic Ware Bundt pan, my cakes once again came out flawless. No sticking, no under cooking, perfect bundt shape and crusting. These are the closest you will get to a cast iron bundt pan. My Thanksgiving cakes were a disaster but the Christmas ones were magnificent. Although this is a non stick pan, you will still need to lightly grease and flour it. After removing the cake from he oven, allow it to rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Then you may remove it onto a plate. I guarantee it will literally slide out. 5Great bundt pan I own several baking pans from Nordic Ware - so I like the brand. My existing bundt pan needed to be retired and I decided to upgrade. The pan is exactly as described - good quality and well made. It also arrived early and was packed well. I have no complaints. My only comment is to Amazon Customer Service about the delivery service - usually I get a picture of where the pkg has been left - not this time. Also the Amazon update said my pkg was left in the mail room - however my home does not have a mail room. I found the pkg in my drive way. 5Sturdy construction, beautiful to behold Beautiful pan. Nice metallic look, heavy construction, and just perfect size for a cake. I used it for a Thanksgiving jello mold, and it held 12 cups of liquid with about 1/2 inch to spare at the top. The non-stick surface worked perfectly. Still need to test it in an oven but I have no doubt it will do well. 5Almost as good as Platinum Collection Original Bundt Pan I have both this 12-cup original Bundt pan and the more expensive Platinum Collection 10 - 15 cup original Bundt pan. The Platinum one is thicker, consistently bakes more evenly, and is just better. If you are going to make a lot of Bundt cakes and can afford it, but the Platinum one. If you want to spend less, this one is almost as good. It just does not bake as evenly. 4This pan sucks!!! Used the pan 3 times. The first two cakes came out with no issues. The third one stuck to the pan horribly. I use shortening and flour before putting in the batter. Very disappointed :-( I have cheaper Wilton pans that are better than this, been baking over 25 years. 1
