    great as a grill topper. i used this to cover the large bar camp site grill. it worked perfect , no warping and no sticking. the curvedb edges were perfect for keeping food from rolling off. i used a combination of charcoal and wood to cook with. it cleaned up nice and will be going on ever future camping trip. 5BENDING OUT OF SHAPE!! I have bought couple of these "STAINLESS STEEL GRILL" It arrived on time as promised, no problem there. When I put this griddle on top of the fire/flame of the bbq grill with the heat started to bend out of shape due to the temperature (400 - 500 F) of the bbq grill and it did not stay flat, it was a challange to cook in a non flat area, but rather curvy and waveby surface. This stainless steel was probably the lowest grade of the steel. NOT HAPPY 1Perfect size, food doesn't fall through This grill topper does just what it's supposed to - keeps food from falling through the grill grates. One grill topper covers half of my 4 burner grill leaving room for other food or a second topper if I owned another.Metal is thick enough that it doesn't warp under high grill heats, and the punch holes are not sharp around the edges as lesser products often are.As with most (uncoated - nonstick is terrible for grilling) grilling tools, don't expect it to wash up back to its new state. Some discoloration and permanently baked on cooking spray will remain, but that adds to the charm of outdoor cooking!! :)Mr Bar B Q also has a grill basket that is super wonderful, and I would highly recommend buying one of those in addition to this topper. 5This thing is AWESOME ..so far... So far, this grill topper is awesome! I have only used it a few times so far, but it worked great! I have used it to grill fish and shrimp on WITHOUT sticking and without having to skewer the shrimp!!! It is so much easier to use this than one of those baskets too!! I just sprayed it with a little olive oil, nothing stuck and no soaking required to clean up. In fact, cleaning was a breeze. I just put in the sink and used one of those scrubby sponge things. I imagine at some point it will stain on the side that contacts the grill but who cares about that?? So far, it looks brand new. All I really care about is that it cooks my food with no sticking and no need for those irritating skewers and baskets AND it is easier to clean than the skewers and especially the basket. WHAT could be better?????????? Wish I would have bought one YEARS ago... 5Works great on the grill Works great on the grill. I got this because most of the silicone mats say that they have a max temp of like 450-500 degrees, and seriously, you are using this on a grill! It gets hotter than that. With this metal product, I don't have to be concerned about silicone potentially melting on my food. Also, after a dozen or so uses so far, the item hasn't warped at all. 5Warped badly on medium heat. I put this on the grill last night to cook some salmon filets with the heat set to medium. When I went to flip the salmon the Mr. Bar B Q tray had warped into something resembling a potato chip. The grill temperature gauge was at 350 degrees. I was able to flip the salmon and finish cooking it with no problem, however, no grilling product should warp like this on medium heat. Oddly enough, after it cooled this tray went back to its original shape.It was so cheap I'm not going to bother sending it back. 1No more lost shrimp... I use this tray frequently and it is holding up well. I would purchase again, but probably won't ever need to. 5A Must for the Avid BBQer This pan is a must for anyone who likes to BBQ. It is great for cooking peppers and onions for fajitas or other veggies on the grill. It is durable, heavy and comes completely clean with little scrubbing. It can also be used for cooking delicate meats that may fall apart on the grill. There is also a lip on one side so foods don't slide off if your surface is uneven. This was probably one of the best investments for the BBQ! 5Good but too small for me. Well made and works but I wish it was a bit bigger. It's fine if you're just cooking for 2 people but only good for one item (e.g. side vegges) if you're cooking for more than 2. 4Make sure to season/oil it well before using Burgers, onions, peppers, sausages, hotdogs, potato wedges, Pineapple. Worked great and covered about a third of my grilling surface. It warped very slightly but was okay once the whole thing got hot enough. Be sure to use even heat below this thing.Keep it well seasoned/oiled to make clean up easier. If you have a lot of baked on black stuff, just soak the whole thing in vinegar overnight, maybe longer and all the gunk slides right off.It feels hefty and solid. Good weight to it. Very satisfied especially for the price.I plan to use this for camping this summer. 4
