    A classic, well made table in a warm medium stain - blends well with different wooden furniture!When needing to rely on online shopping for a furniture purchase, it can be a pain. Many listings state colors or materials that aren't actually the ones shipped, and anyway, it can be hard to tell if what you're seeing on your screen is the color of thing you're ordering. After reading a lot of listings and reviews, I took my chance on this as being the best match for my honey oak and medium cherry furniture pieces - and it worked out really well!AND, assembly was a breeze (follow their instructions, you won't be disappointed!) - took less than 10 minutes.Why in the world they call this color "russet" is beyond me. It's a sort of archaic usage denoting red, but nowadays most people know of "russet potatoes" which are decidedly brown and not reddish. Anyway, it was confusing and I held off ordering until I looked at photos and felt brave enough to take a chance. They really should describe the color as medium mission oak or warm medium cherry or something like that.Hope this helps.5PREPARE TO MAKE ALTERATIONS. The top piece of ours did not sit square on the frame. On its underside, it has four pieces of 1" by 1" strapping, which are screwed into the shape of a rectangle in order to provide a way to secure it to the rest of the piece.This rectangle was waaaaay off. One side was nearly a half inch closer to the edge than the other.So, as delivered, the top piece sat skewed in relation to the rest of it.Fifteen minutes in my workshop and all was well, but be alert. 3Quality Solid WoodThis table is very well made. It is solid wood, and was of a much higher quality than I expected for the price. It's packaged exceptionally well and arrived in perfect condition. I purchased the russet color and it matched our other mission furniture well.The only thing we were disappointed with was its height. It's only 28 inches tall. This is clearly stated in the description, it's my fault for not paying attention to it. I was so focused on finding a piece with the right depth to it, I did not think to measure out the height. 28 inches is fairly short for a table. It would look so much better in our space in relationship to the other furniture if it was 3-4 inches taller. We decided to keep it instead of paying to ship it back. I added a tall lamp which I think helps.5The quality of this solid wood piece is really good. It was packaged very well to protect against ...I was surprised at the quality for the price. I expected less...and received more. What I received is much nicer in appearance than the image on the site. the finish is a warmer brown than pictured. The quality of this solid wood piece is really good. It was packaged very well to protect against shipping damage and assembly was a piece of cake. I was able to put it together in a matter of minutes as the only things to assemble were the legs and the bottom shelf. Everything I needed to put it together (allen wrench, and hardware) was included. It is a handsome piece and well balanced visually. I will look to Leick again if I am in the market for another nice, solid piece of affordable furniture.5Nice little accent pieceI'm very happy with this small Mission table. It was simple to put together and the finish is attractive. It makes a cute accent piece on a short wall in my living room.4Great piece, but height is not as described. Very easy to put together with tools provided. Instructions are simple to follow. One thing you may want to know is that this piece is not 34" high, but is 30" high. Basically it's as wide as it is high - 30". Other than that it's exactly what I was looking for. (Just wish it has been 34" tall as shown in the product description.) 4very stylishThe table is very mission style, clean simple lines. The color is so warm and attractive. The box was well packed and the pieces were protected well. Assembly went ok, not the best. I assemble lots of items like this . The directions were printed very small and were very vague. There are not markings on the four legs to tell you which are front and back. Very important. Hole for screws are needlessly drilled very big and the washers must be used to keep the head of the screw from popping through. Seems to me, a larger head screw was originally planned and then plans switched to add washer. There were a few imperfections on unit. These were from rough handling in process of packing, not in the finishing of product. Overall it is a very stylish, hard to find 10" wide table that has added beauty to my home. I do love the table, just not the putting together steps. More details and a readable format would have earned more points from me.5Way BETTER than I expected!!Ok, first of all, I've never heard of Leick furniture prior to ordering this coffee table (and three other Leick items from this same collection), and when it arrived, I expected it to be similar to other furniture I order and assemble myself. I was definitely not expecting what arrived...it FAR EXCEEDED my expectations in quality and looks as well as easy to assemble pieces with clear directions and excellent prep work by the manufacturer. The table is beautiful in color and solid in material. Everything was preassembled or set up for easy assembly with drill holes, etc... so I was done fairly quickly. The color and style are wonderful and both my husband and myself are very very pleased with the final result! Each piece is stained in the same exact color (nice since many times pieces are supposed to match color, and might be off tint a bit)! This set is so wonderful and we ordered the matching media/tv stand after seeing the quality of the four tables we purchased. Not only that, as I'm looking for other items for my home, I check for Leick brand products first because I'm so happy with their quality and appearance!!I highly recommend this brand if you are in the market for reasonably priced furniture items that are of excellent quality!!!!5Solid, beautiful table!I just received my first table and I could not be happier with it. I have been shopping for a narrow side table that wouldn't look too small beside my other living room furniture.Lots of delicate tables, lots of tables that were too narrow. They also had to look good with my other Mission and Shaker style furniture. After looking at hundreds of tables I finally decided to take a chance on this one, the size was perfect, especially the width at 15" was plenty of room for my over sized lamps. I wanted two, but ordered one..... just in case. The color of the table online made me a little nervous...... it looks very "ORANGE" in the photos online.The table arrived in just 2 days, well packaged, in perfect condition.I very carefully unwrapped the parts (didn't want to spoil the packaging in case the table needed to be returned) But I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful (not orange) table inside. Solid wood, no MFD.. The color is a warm reddish brown (Russet) slightly lighter than my existing furniture but looks very good in my living room with darker wood. Assembly was very simple, all of the parts were included and everything fit together as expected. This finish is rich, smooth and well applied to all four sides.I have already ordered another table and plan to get both the console and the coffee table in the next few weeks. Highly recommended. Why would anyone buy particle board when there are companies like this one making beautiful wood furniture at this price?5Beautiful small mission style tableI bought two of these tables to use in lieu of a console table for plants in front of a window. The 28 inch height was perfect for this purpose, lower than most of the other console tables available. I was trying to match a red oak dining room set. As you can see in the picture, the russet color is a perfect match. Love the mission style, with a slightly curved legs and the corbels at the corners. The drawer glide is the only possible downside. There is one in the center, so the drawers are a little wobbly when pulled out. But I will only be using the drawers for lightweight incidentals.The tables were quick and easy to assemble, and are very sturdy. They were well packaged, and arrived with no marks or flaws. I will likely purchase other items from this brand.5Solid and wood, but very likely not solid woodThis is a sturdy, attractive and easily assembled piece of furniture that doesn't look out of place in a room where several pieces of actual Stickley also reside. (The Stickley equivalent of Leick's mission chairside table retails for about $1,600, so the decision to buy Leick was easy, given the intended use.) Woodworkers and purists, however, do need to be aware that, while the top, legs, corbels, drawer face and drawer sides are solid wood, the tabletop sides and bottom shelf appear to be veneered fiberboard (i.e. MDF). Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. MDF provides a very stable substrate for veneer and veneered MDF pops up across the gamut from high end furniture stores to Wal-mart close-outs. And short of drilling or cutting the components in question, I can't be 100% certain that MDF is involved, but my reasonably educated guess is that it is. For whatever that's worth to you. I'm happy with my purchase and, while I had hoped that the veneer referred to in the description would be used for hiding end grain only, I knew there was a good chance - particularly at this price point (particularly since the description doesn't state "solid wood") - that it would be used more extensively. So while I'm ever so slightly disappointed, I'm not at all surprised.4Mission Mania Great product. Delivered before scheduled date. Put together in less than a half hour. All the pieces slide into place easily and I didn't have any issues with adjustments. I used a rubber mallet for a little more muscle to level the legs. Color almost identical to product photograph on Amazon and matches my dining room mission furniture. Was small enough to fit on a barren wall but large enough to make a statement. Love the angles and that it becomes slightly narrower at the top. Two shelves (not adjustable) perfect for storing wine glasses : ) 5Great little tableWonderful Table. Very well made. They even stained and finished the underside. All the hardware is metal. No particle board or cheap plastic. The shipping box is pretty big. It's a good idea to open it in your carport or driveway. Blow off the Styrofoam dust that covers all the pieces. Then bring the parts inside and assemble. Pay attention to the mounting holes for the metal shelf bracket. The pre-drilled holes should face the opposite leg. I didn't look at it closely enough and had to remove a leg and move it to a different side. Not a big deal. But, I should have noticed that before I started.**update** the top isn't finished in a water resistant poly or laminate. A 18 inch beveled glass top from Amazon cost me $48. Making this a $125 table.5
