Great size for a narrower shelf I wasn't sure I liked the "hinged" lid, but it works fine and won't get lost. These boxes fit good on my shelf for storing seasonal clothing. The one think I would have liked better would be the window and hinge be on the long side, more like a suitcase or trunk than a file drawer. As they sit on my shelf they are turned and I can't see in the clear plastic. But they are a good size and I can get them down pretty easy. 4Five Stars Very Sturdy and easily stacks. 5Great buy! Extremely happy with this purchase. These are perfect for storage of small clothing items for top and middle shelves in closets as well as stackable. I love the window to be able to see what I've put in there without having to remove the lids. 5Decent One Year ProductAt the one year mark, the sides of this product started to peel. I am uncertain if this was caused by the minimal sunlight it was exposed to on the floor from the window or that I accessed the container 3 times a week. For the money, this product isn't terrible, but I do think there are more durable products available for a similar price point.3Love these - minus the long side walls The only thing I don t like is that the sides are not super sturdy. The site plastic in the front makes it easy to determine whats inside. The case will keep dust off of my hats. I am very happy.5What you're putting in it can't be any wider than the box This worked well for me to put sheets in it. I was looking at multiple storage containers for my linen closet and tried some of these that work like a more defined box and some that have soft tops and sides and will expand as needed. For this product, it worked well as long as I folded the sheets to fit exactly to the width of the box, which means I had to fold them a couple of times to get them to fit. What you're putting in these can't be any wider or taller than the box or it will expand and the top won't close nicely on it. Also, I wouldn't put anything in these that you need to be in and out of the box a lot. The top just doesn't open and close easily without you having to re-position it to be closed each time. The boxes seem to be very sturdy and have an insert for the bottom to make them even sturdier. 4Top light The top doesn't stay on very well. Otherwise love having a top on these solutions to store towels, linens. 5Not as advertisedThey don t stack .
