Excellent customer service!Even though the first time I ordered this I was disappointed that the bottom piece was only covered in fabric on one side, the color online matched the actual product so I kept the bins. The second time I ordered the bins, one of the bins was wrinkled and smudged as if it had been used. I requested a return but the company reached out to address the issue before I sent it back. The customer service was excellent! Now I have two perfect sets of bins!5Great customer serviceI ordered these boxes to help up organize our nursery in preparation for our first child. They seemed like a good price for a highly reviewed product. When we got the package, it came with 6 boxes as advertised but only 5 of the sturdy square bases were included (you need to insert them to make the box rigid and sturdy. I was going to return them and have another order sent out but I instead reached out to MaidMAX and asked if they could help make it right without me needing to send all the good boxes back. They were really nice and responded quickly and they did what they could to make everything fair. I've only had the boxes for 2 days so I can't honestly say I know they will be long lasting. I think they will, but only time can tell. Still, I'd happily buy from MaidMAX again simply from their customer service.5Very durableI ve been searching for something like this for a long time and I m so glad I found these! Very durable and sturdy. They do not crease like other similar totes. They easily wipe clean since they are not the typical cloth material, which is great since I use them in my toddlers room. Would purchase again!5Nice storage. I found these better than expected and such a great price. I really hate using a dresser as drawers become overfilled and Messy. I have a inexpensive Ikea shelving in my walk-in closet and I have filled these baskets with socks and even jeans folded. It has made organizing my closet so much easier. I am older and cannot easily get up on the shelving above my clothing so this makes my items easy to grab but out of sight. I received the white they are not a bright white but they are perfect and better-than-expected 5So far, so good These arrived fast and take seconds to put together. For the price, an excellent quick minimal method to organize loose stacks, scraps or piles of knickknacks. be aware that the fabric is wrapped around a cardboard core so I can't vouch for its ability to hold up long term, but if it's limited to holding lightweight things and not moved around a lot, it should last a reasonable length of time (a couple of years?).4Great bins. Came with all the pieces. Easy to put together . Couple months in and they are still holding up well. I m using them for toy organizing in the playroom. With that being said kids are constantly tugging on them and playing with them. They are starting to warp a little but honestly that s because of the abuse they get from children. If it s an adult using these. Expect them to stay pristine for a long time. Seriously great for kids though! 4Missing bottoms!I ordered 3 boxes of these to fill a cube organizer shelf and each box of 6 only came with 3 bottom pieces to make the drawers stay open. So half of my drawers keep collapsing! Totally disappointed!* Update - changing my 1 star rating to 4 because Maidmax contacted me apologizing for the packing error and offered and new set or a refund. That s pretty great customer service. And overall the drawers are nice and functional (as long as the bottom pieces are included).4GreatThey fit my closet maid cubes perfectly. Sturdy, and good material- not fabric, but fabric like. I m not sure they d hold up if you have kids and let them run amok and abuse everything in their wake.... but if you re a reasonable human, and you ve trained your animals to behave like humans, then they ll probably last a long time. The beige color worked perfect with craft paint.5Great storage bins, lots of features that make them stand out from the rest.I purchased these along with a 9 cube storage center. I absolutely love these bins. They fit great in the cubes, they have double handles so if you put the cube in backwards it does not matter. These are nice and sturdy and hold my belongings really well. There is a thick cardboard cloth covered bottom that fits into each cube which ensures that it stays upright and solid. These were bigger and has more space in them then most bins you can find at other locations. I am very pleased with these and will most likely buy more when I purchase another cube organizer5They dont fit the IKEA cube without extra space around them.These were brightly colored & easy to make into a square. They are only as sturdy as the ones with the cardboard bottom. It was a cost effective way to try to fill a large IKEA (25) cube cabinet. The only thing I disliked was the fact that they were smaller than the size of cubes that I have in my shelving unit. (I know that I should have measured but I guess I learned that all these cubes are not created equal.) They would probably fit the Target brand or the Closet Maid cubes bc I think that they are smaller. They do not fit the IKEA sized cubes without space all the way around them. I will still use them for the price since it's better to use the cubes than to look at a big pile of junk in each cube.4
