    Disappointed in the pressure Disappointed in the pressure.Even removed the flow limiting device. Didn't help. Hoping I can return it. Also came dented. Very poor packaging. Was just in an envelope. 1Ok Quality is good . Bigger than I thought. Only issue I have is water pressure which is not enough. 3good pressure but loud replaced a Delta head that could not handle the hard water here. this blasts out water but is so loud. Can hear the shower running throughout the house. 4Threads were fine going on to existing Its a smooth working head thus far. Threads were fine going on to existing, threaded pipe. The handle, which changes the force of the water spray, from deluge to needle spray, is the smoothest I have used on a shower head since hotel rooms. It has a plate that redirects the water from loosely around the edges of the plate, to the plate mostly closed, forcing the water around the edges in a fine spray (sharp).The head itself is smaller than the picture seems to look. I would call it a medium sixe head.Excellently done, and would purchase again. In the last 20 years, I've sold 4 houses and have always taken my Kingston Brass shower head with me. Unfortunately, I neglected to take the shower head from the house I sold 2 months ago and have been suffering with a no-name box-store chromed plastic shower head. It amazes me the number of shower head styles and designs, where all the jets are installed in parallel and the stream of water is 6-8" in diameter where it hits my body when showering. So I looked at rain-fall shower heads. Same deal. A 12" diameter rain-fall shower head has a 12" spread where it hits my body. BTW, I'm 6'1" and the shower head is installed at about 6'8" above the floor of the shower.What I love about this shower head, aside from the sleek appearance and quality brass construction, is the ability to adjust the spread of the shower cone. Just now I installed it and the cone diameter at 30" from the shower head is 16". Where the cone hits the floor of the shower, it is as wide as the 36" shower stall. This thing easily covers my whole body with gentle spray, from head to toe, without having to do the "shower dance" that other shower heads require. Of course, the cone diameter is adjustable from narrow with a soft spray, to wide with a harder / finer spray.There is a white plastic water flow restrictor in the inlet of the shower head, that is easily removed by inserting a small phillips head screwdriver and backing out the restrictor with a few turns. Removing the restrictor does allow more water to flow through the shower head, though I can't quantify how much more.I'd venture to guess, that the C in front of the K132A1 manufacturers part number, stands for "California" and to be sure, the box it came in had a California proposition 65 sticker on it. Nutty Californians. Take a great product and foul it up with a water restrictor. No need for that here, on a deep well and septic system. There's nothing like a hot 15 minute shower to relax aching muscles after a days work.My 5 star review is for Kingston Brass.Amazon.com get's 0 stars.Amazon did not send the shower head pictured or described. First of all, the description for the CK132A1 says "2.5gpm water flow rate". That's why I ordered it. Saving water is for delta-smelt-protecting patchouli-wearing Californians. The other listing on Amazon, for the K132A1, has photos which clearly show the connector flange etched "2.0gpm" flow rate. I wanted the higher 2.5gpm flow rate, so I ordered this one. The product Amazon sent is clearly etched "2.0gpm".Also, the photo of the polished chrome shower head, as well as the text in the description on this page, says: "eight small jets". The product Amazon delivered has six small jets. If you look at the 4 finishes offered on this page, the bronze, brass, chrome and nickel, you'll notice that some are 6 jet, others 8 jet. Amazon uses the same photos as on the Kingston Brass site. Anyway, I like my jets and Amazon shorted me 2 of them. Harumph.Not enough reason to send it back though.So, Amazon, NO STARS AND NO SOUP FOR YOU! 5Great Product At A Great Price This is a great shower head, especially if the household has low water pressure. With the way that the shower head is designed, it provieds good pressure even if there is low pressure in the pipes. The look of the head is very nice and true to oil rubbed bronze. The fact that the dial rotates at 360 degrees, is a great feature. This enables you to adjust the stream from any angle. The assembly was extremely easy and the look is fantastic. I would recommend this purchase for anyone who has low water pressure in their house. 5
