    Happy, But a Caveat I'm very happy with it. Don't buy it, though, if you think it's just gonna "plugin." You'll need to cut the tubes to the correct length for your tub, which I had no problem with, but if you aren't comfortable with idea of measuring and fitting it accurately, and then cutting it (potentially wasting your money if you, for example, cut a pipe too short -- haveta order another one -- $$$). But, yeah, personally, I'd buy it again if I ever have another claw tub to restore. 5Pro Grade Nice heavy duty brass. The washer that goes on the drain, on the outside of tub bottom was too soft and mushed/warped out on tightening. Had to replace with another purchased at a plbg supply shop. Well made, solid. I am a plumber; this puppy is for professional installation, no downstream box store cheap here. Thanks, Kingston Brass... 5Great looking exposed clawfoot tub drain This thing looks great on our clawfoot tub. Works great too. Had to cut it to fit and that wasn't fun; just knowing you're one bad measurement away from ordering another one but, then again, the tubs aren't all exactly the same so I don't know how else it could be done. Very pleased and would buy again. 5Nice product, Very Slow Customer Service I ordered this product On February 9th. I received it on the 13th but the box had come open in shipping. I was missing 5 parts, the drain plug, chain, screw to hold the chain, and two rubber washers. These are kind of important to drain to work properly. I contacted the company and got an response on the evening of the 13th and confirmed what I needed replaced. The replacement pieces were shipped on the 19th, shipped FedEx Smart Post, which is the slowest service and cheapest available. It is now the 28th and I still do now have them. Supposably they will be delivered on Saturday, March 2nd. So I have a drain I can not use for nearly a month due to the lack of customer service. Had I not contacted them a second time, I would not have received the tracking number and would have thought they forgot about me. They did not willingly give it out without prodding.The product itself is nice and made of brass. It cut very well on my bandsaw for the height adjustment and was brass throughout. I have no complaints there. As well the box coming open in shipping probably wasn't the company's fault either, but the lack of support to get me the pieces I need to actually use my drain is frustrating. So I give the product which is the item reviewed 4 stars due to customer service. Hopefully, I get the pieces soon....***Update***I received some of the parts in the mail. I got 4 of the 5 missing pieces but still do not have the screw that holds everything together at the top. It has now been over a month since ordering and I can not use the drain. The customer service is terrible. I should have sent it back the day I got it and was missing pieces but figured to save on shipping back and forth I would just ask for replacements. Big mistake, but when the drain is imported from China, I guess it takes a while to get replacement parts. I will be calling back for my 3rd time this week today to try and make headway to get the final piece..... 3Look is great. When building it make sure that it is ... Look is great. When building it make sure that it is closer to the tub than the supply lines when coming up from the floor. Mine came up side by side with the supply lines. I contacted Kingston web site directly and asked if they had any adapters, zero response. Ended up making an adapter, knowing a machinist helps. 4Great quality and looks. Exactly what we needed and works great! We of course had to cut down the pipes to our size. The escutcheon was a little tall for our setup so we swapped it out for a shorter one since our tub was closer to the floor. Good quality. 5Great Looks great on our claw foot tub.Easy for my husband to install, (at least I think it was, I never heard him complain).Comes in a much longer length than needed so you can cut to the size your tub requires.Would definitely recommend. 5good quality Good quality, but had a few fitment problems. 1) Would have preferred just a simple T. My tub is low and the compression ring fitting on the bottom of the T causes clearance problems with my PVC hookup on the floor.. 2)the chrome cosmetic ring for the floor is too small to cover the PVC hookup. Can't use it at all 3) the stamped drain had rough manufacturing edges that scratched my refinished tub. 3Came on-time, looks as advertised. Little long, ... Came on-time, looks as advertised. Little long, height and length-wise but we were able to cut it down to fit our tub. Where the chain connects to the drain stopper isn't very secure; it wiggled free within the first couple of uses and was VERY difficult to reattach. 4Very nice drain. We installed this on an antique 4' ... Very nice drain. We installed this on an antique 4' clawfoot tub. Unfortunately the slope wouldn't allow the water to fully drain from the tub so we needed to put 1" blocks under the tub feet. This solved our problem. I thought the price was pretty high, but it does seem to be good quality. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. 5
