    Missing a screw This coat tree did not come with all the hardware necessary to assemble the item. It was missing one custom screw for the item which could not be replaced at a hardware store. I tried to find a way to contact Kings Brand but I couldn't find anyone to contact to replace this one screw. I had to ship back a partially constructed coat tree which had been completely unpacked, back to Amazon. 1Love the lower pegs for my kids coats I received this coat rack yesterday via UPS. The box arrived quite beat up but the packaging inside managed to keep the coat rack undamaged. It was really easy to put together, took me less than 15 minutes. It seems quite sturdy even though it only has three legs instead of four like our former coat rack. I love that it has nine hooks and that three of those are set lower. I specificlly bought this so that my younger kids would have an easier time hanging their coats on the lower pegs. My only complaint, and this is merely superifical/asthetics is that I wish it came with an option for black or dark pegs. Nothing in our home is chrome, but with coats on the pegs, I guess no one will ever see the metal. 5Sunning This coat rack is such a statement, it s so pretty! I bought it for my salon. It s very heavy duty, the quality is great! 5Love Great coat rack -- very elegant, contemporary, and sturdy. For those who've been to DC, it reminds me very much of the USAF Memorial, LOL! I dreaded putting this together b/c someone mentioned needing two sets of hands (and I've only got one), but it was very easy. I leaned it up against a wall once I'd put it almost all the way together, and then tightened all the bolts at the very end. Easy! 5sturdy coat rack Exactly what I wanted - a coat rack that is stable, functional and doesn't take up a ton of room in the hallway/room. This rack holds hats, coats, and scarves for us. It is steady too. Just don't pile everything on one hook, try to even out the load. Currently, in my home, it is holding: winter jackets, leather coat, scarves, hats and a raincoat. It came with only an illustration for assembly directions but, I found it easy to put together, it didn't take me long at all and all pieces fit easily. It also has a modern art vibe which works well with the decor in my home. It is nice and sturdy, not flimsy. The stands are metal, not wood. The package also has inserts for the tops and bottoms (feet) of the 3 stands to protect floors on the bottom and your hats or scarves on top. A good buy. 5Perfect, nice and sturdy Perfect, nice and sturdy. After assembly by myself, I would recommend two people. One to hold while the other can place supports and screws. But I had it assembled in less than 1/2 hr. Nice looking and sturdy. I place a 30 lb leather motorcycle coat on first no balance needed. It held just fine. I then place the second coat 10 lb leather coat on same side just to see, and again no problems. I would highly recommend this for anyone with heavy coats. I have had many coat tree's now most wood, and had nothing that was even close to being this sturdy. 5Highly recommend Everything about this rack is great. I have never, ever reviewed a product before, but after receiving this coat rack today, I feel the need to write a review. I did a ton of research before purchasing this coat rack. Many reviewers for other racks complained about the tedious assembly process, the cheap materials and/or the thing toppling over or breaking. When I read all of the reviews for this particular coat rack, I was skeptical but hopeful.This coat rack was delivered MUCH sooner than expected.... I ordered the cheapest shipping and it arrived to me within 3 days. It took me 30 minutes to assemble, and I'm not mechanical. The pieces were in perfect condition and once assembled, the rack was sturdy. It's fun and modern looking in my foyer. I love the 3 lower pegs for my children to access easily. I've already loaded it down with a huge diaper bag and 4 coats and that thing isn't going anywhere. I simply could not be more pleased. I had originally ordered a different coat rack but it was suddenly discontinued. My good fortune, I think! 5Nice Design For The Cost Nice rack for the money. The only issue I see are the two inner cores which hold the unit together at the top and bottom. They are a particulate material (read: particle board) utilizing countersunk nuts used in cheaper made furniture. But, I will say this. For the most part, where their placement is located and also their small sizes, I do not believe this material and design in the connections will ever be an issue. That is unless of course, one decides to hang cement ladened coats on the rack. So if you like the design and price, this is the one for you. 4
