    See other reviews - Item is cheaply madeWe really like these shakers, but after 8 months of light use the pepper shaker lid starting falling off. We found the black plastic had cracked in two places. When asking about warranty, we were told it was only 30 days! I don't like to leave negative reviews, but wanted to make sure others were aware of the warranty and customer service issues. 1Perfect!!I am a big fan of Stainless Steel Salt & Pepper Shakers. Their big drawback is you can not see when they need to be filled. Another issue is the holes are usually smaller than I like. These Shakers corrected both those issues. The glass bottoms permit you to see when the contents are running low, and the holes are a bit bigger....not too much; just enough. This is especially good for pepper, which is sometimes imposslble to shake out. I like these Shakers a lot, and recommend them. 5A classy addition to my kitchenThese look awesome in my kitchen. I wish I could get these in taller versions but I like them enough not to replace them for another style and I deliberately ordered knowing the size I was I getting. The photo is a good representation of the way they look in person and they came securely packaged. I thought the amount of salt and pepper that comes out when shaken was appropriate and what I expected so I have no complaints about that either. I would recommend. Update: The more I use these, the happier I am with them. The salt and pepper flows so easily out of each shaker without spilling too much. 5Really not pleased with theseReally not pleased with these. I was excited to get them in the mail only to find that the threads don't fit right so the lids are offset from the body. You can actually see this in the picture I just didn't look that well before purchasing. The ones I received did not have "salt" and "pepper" written on them. They did not have the holes in the top in the shape of "S" and "P". The ones I received have tops that twist and the contents pour out the sides instead of the top. I should receive the items as pictured and described. Those are the ones that I selected. 1Lid falls offI haven't written on these as I should have but from the beginning the lid comes off and pours all the salt on your meal . Tonight was the straw when it ruined my husbands T-bone steak dinner by the cap falling into the plate with most of the salt on top of the meal . 1Well, you would think that a pepper shaker is ...Well, you would think that a pepper shaker is just a pepper shaker, but not this one. Holes ate HUGE!These are awful and can't be returned. The salt and pepper in the shakers pour out. The holes are entirely too large. Had no idea they could not be returned until trying.
