    Great productI ve had this trash can for approx. 1 month. So far, so good. It looks good in my kitchen. The cans are easy to remove from the bin. The foot peddles and lids work without issue.5Best Trashcan Ever!!! Very well constructed and the deodorizer filters work wonderfully. I wanted a trash can without a lid because the lids always get stuff on them and keeping them clean is very time consuming. But without a lid you have more odors in your kitchen. This trash can solved both problems and even saves me time because the locking lid keeps the trash bag from falling down everytime and the larger size makes it where I am not running to the trash bin outside as often. Highly highly recommend this one to anyone wanting to simplify their life a little more and have a superior product for less money. 5Love itGot tired of the cheap office type of trash can we had where the lids would always break. This has been great and my only complaint is that I should had bought the larger one. I haven't an issue with smell or anything.5GREAT GARBAGE/RECYCLE CAN!I love this dual garbage can. I also ordered a pkg of green compostable bags since we have city compost pickup so I am using one side for compost and one side for recycle. The this compost bags fit very easily onto the bin and I can tuck in the extra. I have not tried it with a regular garbage trash bag. It is beautiful and perfect for what I need HOWEVER the dimensions are completely wrong. I'll attach pictures but basically all the dimensions are approx 2" LESS than listed except for height with lid open is about 38" as stated. Actual dimensions are approx 26" tall x 13" deep (14.5" if you include steps) 19" wide and the inside bins are only 8.5" wide.5MVP of our kitchenBest trash can ever. I never thought I would be excited about a trash can, yet here I am! We ve been using it for a few months now and it is still holding strong! We have 3 children and 3 pets who are all constantly trying to get into the trash. (The pets, not the children...usually) This has really kept the pups and cat out of the trash! The design of it makes it basically impossible for the dogs to reach anything that s in the bin..the cat has figured out how to get on top and then balance and attempt to reach in but he s not nearly as successful as he s been in the last with other bins. It s been the perfect kitchen addition, I m always excited to tell people about this trash can anytime I hear someone is shopping around!5What do you wanna know exactly?It s a lidless full size garbage bin that doesn t crumple under a hard stare which is exactly what I was looking for. I have no idea why such a thing is so difficult to find, but it is. I found twenty different lidded bins with everything from a voice activated lid to your standard foot operated one... But what if I want to throw in a three-pointer from across the room?Sure yours might come with a dent in the side but just exchange it for another the manufacturer has limited control over damage that occurs during shipping.There s a nifty looking trap on the side of the lid that you can fill with charcoal filters to keep it smelling fresh. Something I ll never use and I m sure hardly works in the first place (it could be nice to fill with lemon rinds or potpourri from time to time).5Great, solid dual canSo, I've been eyeing one of these for a while, we'd been using brown paper bags for recylcing along with a cheapo Rubbermaid plastic garbage can. I'm very glad I got this one, it's been a week or so and it's been perfect. It did come with a very slight dent, but it's a garbage can... I'd rather just keep it. Taking the buckets out is easy, and I like that I can continue to use normal tall kitchen bags with this. The step function is smooth, no issues or noises there (don't forget to take the packing foam out from beneath the buckets, that will make noise if you don't).5Recycle and trash This is a good product for the price. It fits our space and our needs. No failure on their part but the unit is fairly lightweight and can dent easily. I use a Stainless cleaner spray to keep it looking nice, but I gave it 4 stars as it takes some maneuvering to get the full plastic bags out of the bins. 4Second Time's a CharmI originally ordered the iTouchless 16 Gallon Dual Step Trash Can & Recycle Bin and was so disappointed when I first received it because when you stepped on the left pedal, the left lid stuck in the open position. I contacted Amazon who immediately sent out a replacement receptacle. I got the new bin today and it is exactly what I hoped for. I have a micro apartment in NYC and it fits perfectly in the space I had envisioned for it. See attached photo. I am happy it all worked out.5Meh, more thoughtful design required at this price point.PRO- trash and recycling. One trash can is good for three to four days of trash for two people, keeping things fresh. The seal works ok with non brand trash bags but not always seamless closure. Smells don't escape. Quiet lid closure.CON- not really ideal for recycling, bottles of items fill quickly. Our recycling needs to be sorted which makes this procedure more tedious (but doable). There is a handle inside both bins that allows one to take the bin out of the can. It is poorly designed and if you compact the bin like we do, there is potential for the bag to rip because the handle scrapes the side of the bag when pulling the bag out. The handles are removeable but, then one can't get the bin out to pull the bag out. I had to handle the can and the bag for three minutes to deal with it, then I had to be careful the bag didn't rip and spill onto the floor when dumping. Trust me, 3-5 minutes is a long time considering it should only take 10 seconds to pull a bag out. It takes an additional 2 minutes tinkering with the handle while replacing a fresh bag. Too much to think about for $150 can.More thoughtful design for taking the bags out is required. Next time, I would look for something less streamline and more functional.It works, is quiet, and looks ok. Just annoying to handle. It takes up some space but doesn't look unpleasant.4Nice Size, good looking. I purchased the 16 gallon size as a black Friday deal. I like the height of this can. I still use 13 gallon white kitchen bags. I like how you can fill the whole bag since the height of the can doesn't allow for it to drag on the bottom of the can. It came nicely boxed and not damaged, as other reviews have stated. 5Great kitchen garbage canWe had touchless garbage can that had motion lid. My husband hated it. Then it got broken when someone else didn't know how to get the lid to open apparently. So.we replaced with this one. No smells so far and we've had it a few months. Good quality looking can.5
