    Nice but apparently made for duck eggs They were solidly made and seemed of nice quality, but these cups were way too big to hold large chicken eggs. I had to send them back. 3I didn't read the description carefully enough--these are for serving eggs out of the shell, not in I didn't notice that these are much too big for an egg. The instructions say to flip them over to serve an egg in its shell, but the bottom is dull, not shiny and it looks funny with the big part down. Oh well, they are well made and the price was right. I will use them to make individual servings of desserts, or for sauces with a meal. 3Odd ball product So as you see the cups in the picture , the top part will comfortably sit a goose egg. The bottom smaller part sits a normal chicken egg. Overall not what I was expecting, but still usable . 2Love the two sided design Very happy with these. My 10 yr old son likes soft boiled eggs (I've trained him to like them because they're easy). I like the large side since I remove the shell for him. Here's my process- I use the small side to hold the egg once I remove it from the pan, while I take each egg and run under cold water. Then, I crack the top of the egg, chip off some shell, flip the egg cup to the large side and scoop the egg out of the shell and into the cup for him. The small side is a little shallow if you plan to use that side to eat it out of the shell. 5These are garbage. The small end of the cup is so ... These are garbage. The small end of the cup is so small that it wouldn't even hold a medium egg, and the large end is so deep that the egg falls entirely down into it, making it impossible to crack and scoop the egg out. I asked for a refund. 1Good, little odd though Nice little egg cups though it's counterintuitive to have to turn them "upside down" to hold a single egg firmly. yes, you can mix stuff in the bigger opening, which is much bigger than one egg in its shell, but the rough unfinished glaze on the rim of the small opening suggests the correct way to orientate the cup on the table is with the small side down. Yet it's the side that fits an egg. Otherwise, fine. Second set, first set arrived broken, and this one had a chip out of one rim too but I didn't feel like returning it again. 4Multi use for serving sauces or eggs These are super sturdy and so far I have used them more for sauces and butter wells on table settings than eggs. 5Perfect for my beauty blender! PERFECTION! Super cute! I don't use it for eggs, but to house the beauty blender im currently using instead! I used to use a ceramic egg tray to hold them all but this is much better as you don't want a dirty sponge mixed in with your clean ones. Now i just keep my current one on my vanity where its easily accessible and not sitting on my table top. The cup is ceramic and made very well. It was also packaged extremely well and arrived super quick! Highly recommend! 5Single Egg porcelain cup for Beauty blender holder This little cup was pricey but a perfect fit. I'm using it to hold my beauty blender. Not only is it functional it looks very nice on my bathroom counter. 4Versatile and Attractive These are so much fun. I got them when we were initially furnishing a vacation home and I wish I had a set at home. Sometimes I like my eggs on toast, so I'll use the large side to chop it up first. If I want to eat the egg in the conventional way, the small size is perfect. I also use these for mixing and preparing small amounts of ingredients and have even resorted to using them for a tamari/wasabi dip for my sushi. 5
