    Tough and functionalSince my bed comes with a fifth support in the center of the bed, it's a huge pain to have to go out and buy multiple backs just to get the one extra one I needed. Not only that, but on most bed risers if you don't have tiny, narrow feet they won't even fit. I love these! The wide, ridged base fits the round feet on my bed, and they're way tougher than the risers I've had in the past. While I didn't use it (bed's on a carpet), I do appreciate the rubber insert on the bottom that helps prevent slipping and scratching on non-carpeted floors. Being clear helps them stand out less as well when all I need was just a slight boost to store my bins. 5Not perfect, and a little flimsy, but worked for this application.Not perfect, and a little flimsy, but it worked. the depression designed for a leg or caster was able to accommodate a 3" feet, and I raised a table by 2 inches.The hard plastic should be able to scratch my composite wood floor, and the included foam pad is very light duty, so I have to be real careful whenever moving the table. 3Queen or king size beds with supports in the middle will require moreJust needed a little boost for my bed to get storage. Worked well. I like the fact that they are clear. Ordered another set for the guest bed so I can utilize all the space there. Seems to do the trick. Depending on how your bed is set up (mine against one wall) I had to take the mattress and boxspring off to get them all in place. Has the perfect slot for the wheels on the bed and secure once in place. if you have a queen or king be aware that the support in the middle will need them as well. I needed six so have two left over. 5We were going to bed and when my husband got ...We were going to bed and when my husband got in bed, everything shifted and the bed fell off the risers. No damage was done, but we had used hard rubber risers prior to these for a long time, and we changed to these only because the others were too tall and we could alter the height of these. 1Very UnstableI don't know why, but my bed was extremely unstable and fell with these risers. Perhaps, they don't work well on carpet. I switched to another type and have had no problem since. 1The clear color is great for camouflaging this liftThe clear color is great for camouflaging this lift. We only needed an inch of clearance in order to fit a spare mattress under the bed for guests. This is very sturdy and the design fits the rectangular shape of the bed posts - unlike most that are designed for round or square bed posts. Our room has carpeting, so the bed isn't slipping at all but maybe with a smooth surface (hard wood or tile) it might have some movement. Exactly what we were looking for. 5My therapist and my great granddaughter put four of the risers under each of ...I am ninety-one years old and have a problem keeping my feet and ankles from retaining fluid. My Dr. and my physical therapist told me to try to keep my feet up as much as possible. I reasoned that since I was spending quite a bit of time in bed that if I could somehow raise the foot of my bed it might help to keep the swelling down some. My therapist and my great granddaughter put four of the risers under each of the two rollers at the foot of my bed. Since that time my swelling has been almost completely controlled. If I spend too much time standing and/or sitting during the day my ankles and feet do retain fluid but usually the swelling will be very much reduced and/or non existent by morning. The risers have been "rock solid" and the bed feels just as it had before adding the risers. When lying down in the bed I am not even aware of the fact that my feet and legs are any higher than the rest of my body. The risers have done what I hoped that they would do. 5Tricky to position, they don't slide too easily, two person jobOrdered the clear kind, for under sofa & loceseat, but I'm not expecting these to be a long term solution.I need to be able to move the furniture periodically to clean, etc, but these things don't move much. The sofa legs end up going off the risers, and then it's a big hassle to get them all in position and orient the furniture back onto them.I'd also suggest that these might work better if all of the furniture legs are easily accessible - if your sofa is against a wall, in a corner, or if you can't easily get to each leg easily, as placing the legs of heavy furniture securely is tricky. Also try to get help, as furniture lifting & shifting isn't easy when also trying to get it positioned right.The risers themselves don't seem very strong, but we shall see. Chose these for their looks, nicer than many options, but I think we may end up with a more permanent solution, like new legs? 2Very stable, looks great!I bought these to put under the legs of my sectional couch. I wanted to raise it a little bit so that the Roomba could clean underneath, but I didn't want anything that would look tacky. These are clear and very inconspicuous.My couch has 8 legs, so I put one under each leg. I've had no problems with the legs sliding off the risers. I was a bit nervous using them on my couch since I wasn't sure how they would hold up to the weight of multiple people. I'm happy to report that even with a full couch (5-8 people), there haven't been any problems with these risers!These also have the added bonus of keeping the two sections of the couch from sliding away from each other. The risers actually grip the floor much better than the couch legs.Looks great, and now I can clean those hidden corners that would otherwise collect dust bunnies!UPDATE:I liked these so much that I bought another set to put under my wheeled bed frame. They're doing a great job in that context, too. 53 Times the Charm!I tried 2 other products before I found this one. The others were too tall, bulky, and ugly for use in the living room. I just needed something that would raise the couch and love seat up so that my NEATO robot vacuum (which is also awesome) could make it all the way under and out the other side. I only needed to raise them about an inch and I wanted something that was as un-noticeable as possible. These Raise Its did the job! I ordered only one box, which is 8 pieces. I put the risers with the non-slip on the back legs of the couch and love seat to prevent slipping on the hardwood floor and the risers without the non-slip on the front legs since they are on the rug that reaches part way under the fronts of both furniture pieces. Looks great and no more having to rescue the robot vacuum! I'm very impressed. I wish the profile was just a tad bit smaller, maybe a round shape instead of a square shape, but that's just a product enhancement recommendation for the manufacturer. I am so happy that I found a solution that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. 5
