    Soild and well made. Seems solid all metal and very good finish. I bought mine from the warehouse. No issues or leaks. I see that others reported a leak issue but so far I've had it 2 months are work better than expected. Don't over tighten. I hand tightened mine and than went just 1/8 more with a wrench. 5I like this shower head a lot - and it holds its own going up against the rain head that's even bigger. I was having a hard time finding a shower head and rain head combo for my new shower. The time invested researching the options was worth it - this head turned out to be a great choice. I matched this head with the C180 rain head. This shower head provides a large, full, soft envelope of water around your body, just about as big and nice as the rain head. I thought with a large rain head that the wall-mounted shower head would get the stepchild treatment, but I gotta say I consistently use them both about equal time. I don't use the 3-stream option too much. I also give props to Hansgrohe product support - I had to call them for a minor installation issue - there was an actual human that picked up the phone after 1 or 2 rings, and she was knowledgeable and able to help me immediately. Way to go Hansgrohe! 4Works well, and looks great I bought a full suite of the Hansgrohe Pura Vida valves/i-boxes/trim. It's great stuff and both feels and operates like high end valves should.The bright chrome does show spots in our hard water, but clean up easily when it comes time for cleaning. 4Three Stars Good service but came apart within 6 months 3nice... and functional I would have much preferred the nicer looking all metal shower heads. BUT - they are far more expensive AND they do not work as well. The all metal styles cannot control the volume/intensity of water flow like this model. So, in life it actually looks fine and will work well for a real shower, not a photo of a shower. 4Worst shower head ever!!!! Customer service from hansgrohe is fabulous. They have given me three replacement shower heads as they all leak within 3 months of use from the trim to the shower feature. My beef is that they have never asked me to send to send the defective one,s back. How can they correct the above issue by just merely replacing the shower head each time. It's leaking again with the third one and I am so over it I won't bother to call. I regret replacing my entire shower and bath with hansgrohe . They replaced the faucet as well with no questions asked. Very disappointing product seen as though its not your run of the mill shower head and faucet. 1
