Maybe I got a dud. Dang thing broke after a year of use. It s been a little leaky at the hose connection and then the head connection totally failed. 3Love this shower head!I love this shower head and my husband does too. It is my second one. We bought one for the master and liked how it looked and how it feels. It feels like gentle rain and after many months I still enjoy my shower every day. True it doesn't have massage functions but I don't miss that.The only thing I wish was that I ordered the extra long hose. In winter I wash the kitty litter box in the bathroom instead of outside and it reaches somewhat while it's sitting on the floor but not long enough. Not a consideration unless you would be doing the same thing.Remember!! Must buy the hose and connector. Yes, I know it's pricey but it's worth it!5Great Hand Held Shower HeadThis is an excellent shower. It has three settings with great water pressure. I was a bit skeptical at first because of only three settings, but once installed, it proved awesome! If is high-quality unit that should give years of service. A bit pricey, but I think it was worth it!5Great looking; works wellWe bought this along with the Inox Premium shower hose ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AZVOF3M/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_22 ) to replace a cheap hand shower that looked a little too '80s - we're trying to sell our house, and this was an easy way to improve the bathroom a bit. The Hansgrohe hand shower looks better - more classic - than the other hand showers I looked at.The flow is great on each of the settings.We will buy the same set once we find our new house!5Almost perfectThis hand held shower would receive a 5 star rating if only the 3 position adjuster protruded out just a bit more.it is a little too difficult to move the adjuster tab around. Both my wife and I use and enjoy all 3 settings regularly. We are both senior citizens and experience declining manual dexterity. The quality of the chrome finish is excellent, although time will tell how it holds up. We would chose this or try any other Grohe product without question.4Great hand shower unit!I purchased this to replace a Moen hand shower head that had broken in our guest bathroom. This unit comes with the shower head ONLY, which was not a problem for us as that is the only part I needed to replace. It screwed right into the Moen hose and the chrome finish matches the old hardware just fine. A minute after getting it out of the box, I had it running perfectly. In fact I liked it so much better than the old Moen that I ended up putting it in our master bath (same exact Moen unit in both baths) and putting the Moen head from the master into the guest bath. This shower head has a wider pattern than normal without getting so crazy wide that it diffuses the water pressure too much. Enough flow to rinse out shampoo quickly. There is a little green plastic regulator piece in the neck that was very easy to pop out for even more flow. Very happy with this shower head and will be purchasing another one for guests to enjoy in the other bath :)5really like this showerheadI've had this for two years and it's still working really well It's difficult to buy a showerhead online because you never know if it'll have a pattern or water pressure that you want. But I like this one.The default spray setting is nice, has good spread, pretty good pressure. We usually use it that way. There is also a conical setting where the water sprays from three little nozzle patterns in the center of the head and creates a cone. We've got this showerhead mounted fairly high, and this way the conical setting is awesome. It has great pressure, and a nice wide pattern. The third setting is basically massage setting that we usually don't use.Yes, you need to buy a separate mount and hose, I bought these and am very happy: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0093WB92Y/, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001QGF840. Don't forget teflon tape.Yes, it's a bit expensive with the other items. But having a nice shower is worth it.5Oh Ya!After looking around a long time, I finally found the shower that suits me. I like a shower that feels like it has a lot of water and has a wide area of coverage. I don't like pin needles of water jets striking me at a thousand miles an hour! This shower is gentle, and has a lot of volume. It feels like a warm waterfall when you are under it. There are three settings, the normal wide shower setting, and the other two work good as well. There are no leaks. It feels quality, has a very nice chrome finish, and is not too heavy to maneuver at all. You'll notice that the shower handle is pretty much straight, so you'll need to get a wall mount that points it down. There are several I looked at and decided on the Chrome Handheld Showerhead Wall Bracket by Huntington Brass here on Amazon. Really, its the best hand held shower head I have used; It's totally hotel quality and an awesome upgrade for any home or apartment.***** Update 5/10/2013 ******I just purchased another one because I moved from my Rental to a house that I purchased and left the original one. Again, this is the best shower head on earth!5Heavenly shower head, great experience overallLove the flow from this shower head, it replaces a brand new one from Grohe Euphoria which felt way too weak. The first unit I received was defective and leaked through the threaded connector and the handle. The replacement one ordered from Amazon worked perfectly. The turbo and massage sprays are not that intense but that actually makes them more usable to me as I dislike skin piercing jets on my skin.Overall Amazon made the experience worth doing all over again despite the first defective unit. I would not purchase anything anywhere else if I had the choice.5missing a single jet settingHeavy and horrible to hold on to it with no grip making easy to drop. Next, and most important to me, is that there is no setting for a single jet. The three settings are OK. The middle one is good, but the one missing is vital. I really do not like this item. Bought it in 2017 and plumber installed in 2019. I am switching it out with a more ordinary brand that costs half the price, that might not look as nice, but has the critical setting and a thicker grip that's ergonomic too. Sorry negative-one stars is not available for function alone.1GoodThis has a larger face and so I was worried the shower power would be wimpy but it's not at all, plenty powerful. I was concerned about it being plastic but it's plenty sturdy. If it were metal it might be too heavy. This was a replacement and it looks nicer and works better than the previous head of the same brand. My husband and I are both pleased.It should be noted it is only the shower head, no hose or anything else comes with it.5
