    This Paper is Purrrfect for our High Quality Catamaran Dinner Sail Excursions!Ok, so first of all, I was completely blown away by the completely awesome price of this CASE of high quality paper! I bought the whole dang case because it was more cost effective to go that way than buy them by ream multiple times per year. The color is beautiful and the paper is very high quality. We use this paper to print our guests names that join us on our high-class sailing catamarans on Maui! These particular trips are our Captain's Sunset Dinner Sail which is a high-class excursion and we wanted a good, solid paper that we knew would be consistent quality, and it has proven to be exactly that!!!!!! So they stand up to a lot of stuff; like moisture, wind, rain, employees and guests. Granted, we only use them once because we print the couples names on them and then wrap them around beautiful candles, so it's a one-of-a-kind experience for the guest. We appreciate the affordable price tag and plan on being customers forever! 5Damaged paper and open packagingI ordered 4 packs of different colored paper, and every one of them had packaging that was ripped open.The images included are just after opening the package and then taking out the paper from the box! The orchid paper was shifted off to the side of the box, and the cherry paper has several pages dented and marks on them.Many of the sheets were damaged to the point of being unusable. Most are still usable, and those seem nice quality, but overall it's just not worth the headache to have to take a chance on whether or not the paper will arrive damaged or not in the future.A smaller box could have solved this problem entirely! 2Not true Goldenrod paperI teach chemistry and goldenrod paper has a dye that will turn a red color when exposed to a base. This paper didn t change color at all. I had copies made using goldenrod paper from our copy service and that paper has a deeper color. The effect with a base is less pronounced when the paper has been run through a copier but the copied paper I had did work slightly while the goldenrod paper I spent big bucks on, did not work at all. I am very disappointed because I can t use this for a reaction I was going to do for a lab and now I am going to have to spend time looking for a substitute that has the same coolness factor. I will be returning the ream. :( 1Good paper, great price, free delivery. Wish I could make it 4.5 star - half a point off for opacityWe use 11x17 for our weekly church bulletin, and it's not as easy to find in colors as you might expect. We had been purchasing a different brand from a local supplier for more money, plus we had to pick it up. With Prime, this is cheaper and delivered to the door.We use a 20 year old Risograph liquid ink high-speed duplicator (tradition!) It will actually do 120 sheets a minute if I let it. As you might imagine, it's pretty picky about paper, the finish determines if the ink takes properly and if it jams.This paper works great! I have tried other brands and this works as well as any, better than most, and for less money. We use it in our Xerox C7020 as well, and it works just fine there.I deduct one star only because it's not completely opaque,but hey, it's 20 pound paper. Arrived in Perfect Shape!I haven't had use for 11"x17" paper in over a decade, but this is what we need if we are going to produce a bulletin. It's worked great so far with our initial work on design and layouts. Nice colors too! Amazon's price also came in better than all others I looked at, and that's with Prime shipping.One of my main complaints about having paper, especially large sizes like these, is that they so often come "beat-up!" Then, you have to go through the whole process of returning it. What a pain! I think we all hate that! Right? What's the use, right? This hasn't been a problem since I have been purchasing copy paper from Amazon! That's about 4 years now of ordering Georgia-Pacific Spectrum Standard 92 Multipurpose Paper, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 1 box of 3 packs (1500 Sheets) (998606) and now Georgia-Pacific Spectrum Standard 92 Multipurpose Paper, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 1 box of 5 packs (2500 Sheets) (991316), packed in a way which seems to resist shipping damage. I'm glad to say this 11"x17" paper was packed very well also. Hopefully, this is where I will buy all my paper in the future. 5Good Value!I purchased this item in the Warehouse deals section of Amamzon. The paper arrived in perfect condition. I am working on digitizing our church records. I have 4 books that cover almost 150 years. I have the information arranged by last names. Everytime I finish a book - each has 4 sections - baptism, confirmation, marriage and funeral - I put them in alphbetical order (I retain the chronological records) I need to print out my new records. Which means I have to get rid of the "old" records and print out "new" records. It means that people can search our records by their last names. It also means I use a lot of 11x17 paper. I have printed out revisions several times. So far I have almost 116 years done - I hope to have it done by our 150th in 2022. I will need to then update every year. Getting this size paper at such a reasonable price has made this affordable. The color of the paper really isn't important. The grey is really nice but I have used pink as well. 5Great Paper For A Great PriceI'm a graphic design student and work with a lot of printing, but paper costs were racking up for me. I decided to take a risk and buy some cheap paper for a publication project and I'm so glad I did. I've saved so much money and the paper is honestly beautiful. It's thin but doesn't feel flimsy and holds ink very well (I used a risograph printer so sometimes ink doesn't stay well yet this paper did amazingly). The orchid color is also just a very pleasant color which is a plus! I had people complimenting my paper and asking me where I got it from in class and they were shocked to hear it was just Hammermill. Really pleased with this paper, will definitely purchase again! 5Much darker than shownQuality paper, but color is much darker than shown - was expecting a light gray, but this is more of a darker medium gray. 4Little more yellow than tan.My only problem with this is that it's a little more yellow than tan. Was hoping for a browner buff. Needed a tan to make an antique looking newspaper for a project. Wish there had been pics of it when I was looking, so I'm including one. Hope it helps... 4Great product.I managed to pay a fairly decent price for this paper while elsewhere they wanted a lot more, this is doing a fine job for me to print what i needed on a legal sized paper. Now the only downside of this paper is it doesn't fit into my printer so i have to either manually feed it into my printer and even with that trick it manages to sometimes get stuck or goes in sideways as its a huge paper, and then sometimes i semi bend the paper and put it in the tray to act like a regular letter size paper and that way it feeds the paper from the tray causing my print to come out straight and no jams. but overall the paper is great just a downside on having a standard brother printer. but works great. 5
