    NOT Non-stick and NOT worth the $ I am completely confused by these pans. I have had them for a month and they do not act at all like a non-stick pan. They definitely require oil and even then, food sticks. Anytime I cook anything in them the surface of the pan is blackened. Very disappointing since I wanted a non-chemical, non-Teflon nonstick but I guess I need to keep looking. Now what to do with these pans a month later? 1Wonderful Set! No need for oil for eggs. If sauteing chicken in higher temps, watch for browning bits in pan and lower temp. A little water will help. Even then it is easy to wash in dishwasher or by hand. If dwasher leaves some marks use a sponge with baking soda. I use mine everyday and they are perfect. 5
