No sticking on omelette muffins!What an an amazing pan! Our family loves omelette muffins filled with veggies and a little cheese. Every regular metal and air bake muffin pan I have used was a nightmare to clean up no matter how much oil I applied to the pan first. When using liners with other pans, the muffins borders tasted artificial. But with THIS pan I did not have to apply any oil and I literally picked up each muffin with a plastic fork! For the recipe that usually required 18 muffin cups, I used this 12 cup one and they fit great. Though shallow, they hold a lot. They cooked in the exact time predicted in the recipe too. I am ordering some for my daughters for sure and perhaps another for myself. It's worth it considering the time and energy I save!5So great and then so disappointed.This is a beautiful pan and when I first started using it every thing baked in would just slide right out.--easy as could be. However, I am now in about year two of using this pan, and I don't bake things in a loaf pan regularly--maybe once or twice a week. What I am finding is that the coating is starting to chip away. I take really good care of my cookware and this pan never had any metal used in it or never had another pan stored on top of it. So, there is no reason for chipping to occur. I don't buy cookware to last just a few years, and I carefully followed all the information regard care of the loaf pan. I really so much liked this product, but I can't buy another one to just have it for such a short life span. Teri Guilarte3I Have used these pans too many times to count. They are my Favorite pans!!!I don t think I have ever written a review in spite of being a prime member for 5 years. However, I almost didn t buy these due to some of the negative reviews. I am SO GLAD I didn t listen. I have used my muffin pan and bread pan (currently in the oven baking bread) at least 1-2 times a week each since receiving them about 2 months ago. They are AWESOME!! The baked items fall right out and washing them is super easy!! I grease first with a bit of ghee before adding the batter. I only use soft dish clothes or soft silicone spatulas with them and am careful how/where I store them. They work like a dream! Best pans EVER!!! Not a scratch so far and no problems with trapped rust water. Photos were taken today. Pans have been used a minimum of once per week for the past 30-60 days.5Cheap ceramic coatingI love the color, but the ceramic finish is not great; there are many imperfections in the finish; when running your hands over the top, there are a ton of nicks and bumps. My husband found a hair underneath the ceramic coating. Will be returning; seems like the coating is cheap and will chip easily.1Worst purchase!I would not recommend this product. Worst purchase ever I ve made in years. Unless on a very low flame the pat and Pam and E. Net a terrible toxic smell that fillsis my home. It also claims that the handles will not get hot and they do I burned my hand and the underside of the handle turns completely black. I have been cooking for many years and have never had any sort of an issue with a pot or pan. When I contacted customer service they told me the flame must be too high. I sent them pictures of me cooking showing the low flame and yet the damage to the park and the smell. They told me this was not covered under warranty. I through away the entire set as I could not even bring myself to donate it and have somebody else using this awful product.1This pan might be great if you're looking to make shallow muffinsThis pan might be great if you're looking to make shallow muffins. The cups are slightly wider than normal, and are only 3/4" deep. Each muffin cup only holds approximately 1/4 cup. Also, it arrived seriously bent. I returned it.1Don't Expect Real Ceramic Performance.This pan is not at all like my ceramic fry pans. The coating is "painted" on and is very thin. I can use metal utensils on my frying pans but this pan scratches very easily. I noticed a few marks in the "ceramic" coating when I got it but, since they were not too bad, I used the pan anyway. I used a metal spatula to remove my brownies and the coating scratched off in two places. It is easy to clean and was not very expensive, so I will continue to use it for simple baking that can be easily removed from the pan with plastic or silicone utensils.2Scratches VERY easilyI bought 2 of these cookie sheets and the very first time I pull one out to use it, it gets scratched from the Pyrex dish that was on top of it. Not impressed at all.I ve used this pan two times; once for cookies and once to heat a frozen pizza. It now has multiple scratches on the front and back! Do not waste your money on these pans. I wish I could get a full refund.1More muffin-top, less stump ... very nice Love this pan! It is more shallow and wider than a regular muffin tin which creates more muffin-top ... and in the case of homemade blueberry muffins, more muffin-top is good I did grease the pan lightly but still had quite a bit of residue. They lifted out fairly nice ... not sure I'd try it without greasing first.5Nice cookie sheet for decorating.I bought this because I love their cookware and it matches it. Cookie sheet, completely different story. I have had it for about 6 months, and have been very gently careful with it. I bought it just for cookies, which I make about once every two weeks, washed it as soon as it cooled down after use, and it is getting nadly stained, badly for being used just to bake cookies. The back itself it s all scratch up, even though it gently placed on the oven rack. I do not recommend it and wish I hadn t bought it.2Gorgeous color I have wanted these pans fora long time as m daughter has them. I finally found them at Amazon. The bake goods come out perfect and the clean up is minimal. I did notice that the breads cook a little faster than other pans so I suggest cutting down the baking about 5 minutes. 5
