Covers sneaky catsIt's a good store quality dust ruffle for the price. I recommend ironing it prior to putting it on the bed. It does a reasonable job hiding dust bunnies, under bed storage, and sneaky cats. My husband still has not noticed it, so it's not visually intrusive either. Good deal. 5Do not iron the center only the part that hangs down.We moved from a queen to a king. I bought this for our new king bed and it is almost the same as the one I bought for our queen 5 years ago at Macy s for 3x s the price. I did not wash it before I put it on the bed but did iron it but not the middle because I am sure it would melt with the heat.5Perfect. As described Perfect. As described. Good quality. Better price. Same bedskirt price was $60+ at other places. Material that sits under mattress is some kind of synthetic but it really doesn't matter because no one sees it. Purchased off-white. Really happy with it. 5Stayed Beautiful after WashingI was a bit worried after reading some comments about how it changed, got damaged..etc after washing. However, in my case the bed skirt stayed beautiful and intact after washing and drying with proper settings (delicates). It did not shrink or wrinkle either. It is well made and as pictured. The pattern is clean and elegant. I love it.5Lovely!Bought this for queen bed in guest room. I go round and round with bed ruffles, but was delighted in the quality and appearance considering the price. I missed the fact that the corners were not split to allow for rails connecting a footboard, but the generous amount of material allowed me to cut and seam the splits I needed to make it work. It looks great, and no one would guess it didn't come that way. I've paid more for bed skirts that weren't this pretty. Not just the eyelet, but tiny embroidered design throughout make this a much more expensive and attractive addition to my guest bedroom. Thanks!5Terribly disappointed in this piece of junk! I am redoing my 17 year old daughter's room with a princess theme and this item should have fit in perfectly, boy, was I wrong. Yes, the theme is a little juvenile, but she had cerebral palsy and other special needs and this is a special surprise for her. I can't return it because I bought it ahead of time for a new bedroom theme and I want to save you the heartache. It looks fine out of the package, but I still wanted to wash it because of chemicals from processing so I washed it on a cold delicate cycle, then dried it on low heat, as directed. The part that goes over the main box spring area apparently melted in several areas so when I pulled it apart, it tore. Fine, I'll deal with that, but what about the fact the queen size I ordered MIGHT fit a full size bed if I'm lucky? I realize is my fault for buying it early so I can't return it and I hope I can save you the trouble from ordering something you will obviously wash at some time. This is a washable item and wasn't cheap, I expect more! The first picture shows how it stuck together after being dried on low heat and how when I gently pulled it apart it ripped. The second and third pictures are 2 different angles so you can see the queen size was not even close to fitting over the box springs properly, look at each side to see how it didn't properly meet the edges. Being able to gently wash a white cloth item is important and not unreasonable. 1Five StarsIt fit my bed perfectly!5Great quality After searching through MANY bedskirts on here with horrible reviews and also looking in stores, I settled on this one. To be honest I wasn't expecting much because it seems a decent bedskirt is hard to find, no matter how much you pay for it. This arrived today and as I took it out of the package, I was pleasantly surprised! The quality is much better than expected. The piece that fits over the bed is actually a decent piece of material, not that thin papery stuff that tears so easily on other bedskirts. The package calls it a "platform" and it's 100% polyester according to the package. The bedskirt itself is 50/50 cotton/polyester. It feels nice. I washed on cold, gentle cycle and dried on low and it came out great. I put it on my daughter's bed and it looks very nice. I'm not sure how it will hold up, but I'm hoping that it will last. I ordered full size and it fits perfectly on her full size bed and the 14" drop is just at the floor. 4Material that meltsNaturally, the dust ruffle was quite wrinkled coming out of the package.When I took an iron to the ruffle, on moderate heat, the wrinkles were ironed out.BUT, when I barely touched the fabric holding the dust ruffle in the shape of the bed,it totally melted in the blink of an eye. That caused me two time consuming patch repairs.3Good fabric!This dust ruffle was just what I wanted! Nice, soft cotton fabric...nothing cheap about it, except the price. I rinsed it and dried it on gentle and ironed it to get it perfect. It has that synthetic stuff next to the box springs so make sure the iron doesn't get on that part or it would melt.5Fell apart after 18 months of normal useI ordered this for my daughter s bed in 2017 out of the box, it looked nice with the exception of one small tear in the lace that I didn t mind mending. With normal use and maybe 1 wash on a gentle cycle in a delicates bag, this lace bed skirt has completely fallen apart. The problem is that the material that covers the box spring and then attaches to the lace ruffle is very cheap. It has ripped through and is not even strong enough for me to mend it because the fabric is too weak to handle being sewn again. The lace ruffle is holding up well and is pretty, so my plan is to completely remove the weak fabric that is supposed to cover the box spring and attach to the ruffle and replace it with newer, stronger fabric. No one should have to do that after 18 months of using a bedding product. I don t recommend purchasing this product.1Love how it looks but came stained I love the way this looks. It was so hard to make it stay put on the box spring so I stitched up the corners to attach it to the box spring. After I did this I noticed it had a stay in it. Too late to have to remove and return after all that work. It looks awesome with my new quilt. I love that it s really light. 4Nice looking but short in the width for QueenLooks nice, fits a little short on the width - like an inch on each side of a queen boxspring. It s a shorter length (14 ) which is what I needed but because the width is not wide enough to provide a good fit, the ruffle hangs a bit short.4Fell apart after 2 weeksI purchased this for my guest bedroom, so, for the price, I wasn't expecting a high-end product....but I did expect it to last longer than 2 weeks. While changing the bedding after the first use, I noticed that about 18" of the ruffle was completely detached from the base .....cannot be repaired as the edge of the ruffle is so frayed that it cannot be reattached to the base without significant change in the length of the ruffle. A complete waste of money.1
