    Good add-on filter Doing a great job of filtering. Not all that easy to install but that might just be me. Had to insert the line several times into the connection before it was sealed. 4Better tasting and clean looking ice. I'm satisfied. Does as advertised...so far. I attached this to my ice maker. Voila! Clear, clean looking, and better tasting ice. A grand improvement over the lightly filtered county water. After six months I'll revisit the results. 5Want a leak? Buy this I thought it was user error, but with this many reviews of it leaking, guess it's not me. I would not repurchase this. The one star is for including all the hardware. 1Good product at good price I went to Ace and Home Depot and couldn't believe how expensive common inline filters were. I ordered this filter from Amazon while standing in front of the filters at Home Depot. ;-) 5better than oem My city water is awful and I couldn't drink it at all I couldn't even use the ice made by the ice maker in my fridge it was so bad. The filter specifically made for my fridge is way to expensive and has to be replaced every 3 months but this filter is perfect for my budget and I can drink the water and use the ice and it last 6 months. Was advertised as included in the purchase price As advertised in the picture it clearly shows the two brass fittings as included with the purchase.I received the filter, only no brass fittings.Our refrigerator has been out in the floor for a week waiting for this, and now if I wanted to keep it, I would have to go to Lowe's And purchase the brass fittings that should have been included with the filter.I have decided to return it after reading other reviews about bad odor and taste. I have included a photo of what was delivered from Amazon. 1Highly Recommend It I have tried several other water filters on my fridge. Two leaked and caused thousands of dollars of damage, but this one by EZ-FLO not only does NOT leak, but it also has the fastest water flow of all the filters I tried in the past, and the water that comes through it tastes quite good. 5A steal. Same results I was getting from a filter twice the price. The attachments it came with didn't fit into my exisiting line but alternates screwed into the filter without any problem. Buying again. 5Highly effective! This filter installed easily and instantly improved the water quality, whether in ice or liquid form, from the refrigerator. It is well worth the effort to install and I would recommend it to anyone. 5Lowest price I could find I've always thought that filters shouldn't cost so much but this was the lowest price I could find. I bought this for 10.68 to use as a pre filter for my Samsung refrigerator since the water filter case inside failed because it clogged up. (Samsung refrigerators has a filter case which you install the internal filter into. But the water goes into the case before the internal filter (terrible design defeats purpose of filter) so that the filter case can get clogged. When it does you have to replace it for a few hundred dollars. This is why I also have to have a pre filter outside the refrigerator so that the filter case doesn't get clogged). So I use both an outside pre filter and a filter inside the refrigerator.This was easy to install but you should use plumber's tape around the screws and tighten it because water will leak if you don't do this. 5
