    Ordered Twice with damage both timesOrdered on March 2nd. Received with damage to product but no damage to package. Product had yellow sticky on it with Damaged written on it. Returned. Ordered again and received on March 15th. No damage to package, but the filter was damaged again. I m not very happy at all with this seller! 1Nailed it.I like when you don t have to search the world over for the right fitting maintenance parts, or find it out of stock at the store. One stop, shop smart. 5Come On AmazonYou show this filter being "Frequently bought together" with the Kenmore Elite 21814. It does NOT fit that vacuum. I bought 3 of them plus the $350 vacuum. I later found out I need the EF-9 NOT the EF-1. 1Fair installed 10-2-15. It caved into itself at the ...Fair installed 10-2-15. It caved into itself at the edge when it gave way. I don't change filters often but I do expect them to last 6 months.this one failed 2-27-16, so it almost made it. 3Sears Kenmore Hepa Filter Replacement 86889 20-86889 EF-1This filter replaces the stock HEPA filter on my Kenmore vacuum; I use HEPA filtration bags because they really clean the air that comes out of the vacuum by removing very small particles from the air taken in. What most people don't thinks about are the two filters in the machine in addition to the bag. Sears may have them in stock (when I first bought one, it was the only in stock) but this filter is exactly the same as the Sears that fits under the cover at the "wheel end" of the Progressive vacuum. I would bet that most people never replace it, especially at the Sears Store price.They really should because it filters the air as it leaves the vacuum, the filter after the bag, and the bag itself.Don't drive to the Sears Store; this product is cheaper than Sears and does an excellent job. 5Good fit, good airflow, cleans exhaust but lacks carbon cloth pre-filter on one side like original.So far so good BUT these do not have a carbon cloth lining like the original filter so I question whether it will become blocked more quickly than the original. After a few weeks so far they seem to be keeping the air clear and there is good airflow, producing good vacuum. I'll post again in a month or two with update on performance. It fit perfectly without any modification. 4Not Recommended, no carbon (odor removal) layerThis product does not have the odor absorbing/filtering layer of black carbon/charcoal like the Kenmore brand filter. Notice that the product says it "fits" is does not say is equivalent to the Kenmore product. You buy this particular vacuum for the exceptional filtration and odor removal it offers. You are not getting that extra layer of filtration/odor removal with this product. 2Filter does not fitEven when I choose the correct model number for my Kenmore canister vacuums and it stated it fits all canister Kenmore. IT DOES NOT FIT. Other reviews appear to have same problem. Should of read more carefully. To top it off it is not eligible for return. The one bright note it was delivered on time. 1Perfect for the jobExcellent quality, easy to install, improves performance and at a reasonable price. 5Awesome Product at a Great Price!I was nervous about buying parts that weren t made by Kenmore, but that nervousness was gone as soon as these came in. I find that they actually have lasted longer than the Kenmore brand filters, & you really can t beat this price either!!If you re on the fence, go ahead & order! You won t be disappointed. 5
