    but still ordered teh sheet set because it was recommended by family members Advertising is misleading, but still ordered teh sheet set because it was recommended by family members.The sheets are microfiber, soft, but thin. They are warm and don't allow much air flow through the sheet it's self. If anything it will be a decent set to use while i'm washing my good expensive sheets.So in short good back up set. 3Things to Consider Before PurchasingThe sheets are very soft, but they seem very thin - like they may become threadbare within a short time or rip easily. They are also rather warm and seem to emanate heat or at least retain and multiply your body heat. So that might be great in the winter months, but absolutely torture during the summer. I bought queen sized sheets, but the fitted sheet is very loose - like it is in between a queen and king. I kind of don't like laying on crumpled scrunched up bottom sheets - I like them taught and flat. All in all, I guess they are okay. Just a little disappointed considering the price I paid. My previous sheets were the cheapest from Walmart, and they lasted 6 years, had less thread count (I think they were 750???) and seemed thicker and more durable than these, kept cool and didn't retain body heat (though they weren't marketed as such), and stayed taught and flat on the mattress.3No anchor ties in duvetI really didn't like that there weren't any ties in the cover to attach your duvet, we had to use safety pins to keep it inside. Also a few of the button holes were too small for the actual button. It is soft material, and keeps cool. But, i would not recommend. I have already used washed and used so i will keep it, but i will not reorder.3Dreamy?Wow. Feel this duvet cover and you'll think you've touched a cloud. Not kidding. This is the softest, dreamiest bedding I've ever had. I just ordered a queen-sized one in purple. The price is ridiculously great, too.Update: I'm downgrading to three stars. The problem I have with these duvet covers is, perhaps, a matter of personal taste, but the product description is misleading as well. At least I think it is. After some uncomfortable, sweaty nights in the middle of winter, I began to think something was wrong with the duvet covers (I have a red one and a purple one) so I looked at them on Amazon again. First bullet: "Egyptian Cotton," third bullet: "Microfibers are as soft as 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton." As soft as? I don't know what to think. Is the fabric cotton or not? All I know is I really don't like how they make me feel each time (4-5 times! and multiple nights) I wake up in the middle of the night.3Red Pilling NIghtmareWe have had these sheets since September of this year. We have tried to use them 2 times and we are READY to thrown them in the garbage. The first time we used them and washed them, we not only had shredded little ball pieces all over our bed, but also in the shower, on the floor and all over our bodies (hair, legs, etc) plugging the shower drain. It stained the mattress cover red. When in the washer and dryer, these little pieces plugged our lint screen. We have not felt very elegant with all these inconvenient issues, and are very frustrated and dissatisfied with these sheets, particularly as we have a brand new bed set and it got ruined because of them. We will be attempting to get our money back after our unpleasant experience.1Thank you I love the product! It was packaged appropriately, and is as stated. In fact, I had purchased a set for my son and daughter a year ago and loved them so much that I bought two sets for my son to take to college. Highly recommend these sheets. They hold up in the wash and they fit their beds perfectly! 5Quality is terrible!!!I bought two queen size sets of these sheets a couple years ago from Amazon. They have held up very well, are easy to care for, wash up clean and have stayed very soft for the full two years I've had them. I purchased the full size set for another bed last week and they are NOT THE SAME. The stitching is different and they feel much more cheaply made. Even better, the very first time I was putting the fitted sheet on my bed the elastic snapped. Terrible quality and I recommend purchasing another brand.1... sets of these sheets & my husband & I love them. We recently bought a pretty thick memory foam mattress & the sheets fit fine. they don't stay down around the bottom of the mattress but they don't come off either. we don't mind it, they still stay on the mattress. 5nice and soft but maybe a little warmI purchased these sheets on a whim honesty just hoping that they fit my bed but were also actually soft. I have an extra wide mattress so most "standard" sheets don't have deep enough pockets to fit and stay on my bed. Thankfully these do. It's tight but they fit. The material is quite soft to touch and doesn't feel too thick. I like the deep, dark grey color and it was exactly what I was expecting. I've only washed them once but they washed well and didn't wrinkle. My only complaint (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that they are kind of hot. The material doesn't feel thick but it seems a lot warmer when I'm in bed. Maybe the material just isn't breathable but they just seem hotter than my other sheets. I will probably avoid them during the summer but for the winter it seems to be fine.4Very soft but extremely low qualityThe fabric is very soft and comfortable to sleep in even for a microfiber. I liked the product but there are moments when even I get annoyed by low quality and false advertisement. Let's step over the fact that this is not cotton nor 1500 thread. But after 1 refreshing wash and 1 week of sleeping in it it tears apart when I try to pull it back to under the mattress as it comes off the corner? That's just simply outrageous. See pictures. After giving the sheets a wash, they had a rather slick feeI; I checked the label to confirm that they were 100% cotton but there were only washing instructions including the rather surprising warning about no fabric softener. Hmm, cotton can be washed with fabric softener. I retrieved the packaging and was struck by its slippery wording: "soft touch as a 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton". Hmm, "as a". After further examination I found, in the tiniest font, minuscule even, the words "100% Polyester".I'm keeping them because they are soft in a slimy way and my daughter likes the the color. Of course, I should have realized that I wouldn't be getting fine cotton at such a low price. But that misleading wording is irksome! Hey, Amazon, howzabout writing "polyester" in the description.2
