    Like it! Finally have time to try this machine! Made a cappuccino this morning and matcha latte this afternoon.The foam was good and it s very easy to clean up.Haven t got time to take a pic of the machine, but the red one is really pretty! 5Compact and amazing! Love this! Went from cheap steam pressure espresso maker to this, and it s night and day!Use it 4 times a day! 5Two Stars It looks nice but the quality is not. 2It looks nice. That's about it It looks nice. That's about it. First, it's almost impossible to insert the and lock the filter/holder. I've been playing with it for a couple of weeks thinking it would loosen up, but no. Also, it has never, not once, produced froth. It boils the milk and makes for a watery cup of espresso.. I threw out the box so I don't know if I can return it. I'm very disappointed because it was one of Amazon's recommended products and I trusted their advice. Please let me return it, Amazon! 1Fast and easy if you follow intstructions Love how easy it is to use this to produce great tasting espresso and cappuccino. I patiently went through all the set up steps, and it's been working like a dream for almost two months now. I can pull a shot or two of espresso with one to two minutes of warm up, and I can do shot after shot in rapid succession. The steamer produces smooth, steamy foam for cappuccino in about 30 seconds., and makes great dense steamed milk for lattes or steamed milk concoctions. I know a few reviewers reported that their machines gave out after a few months, so I am crossing my fingers, as this is one of the few machines that will fit in my little kitchen. 5Problems after limited use After only a few weeks of limited use, not much coffee comes out and water leaks out of filter. In this state, the unit is useless. Tiny holes in filters appear to be clean and some water seems to flow through (if no coffee grounds are used). 1Great! One cup at a time. Great product! Takes a minute to get oriented with how to use it and not fill up the cup too high with grounds. If the cup is too full (or the grounds are too fine), the pressure builds up too high and will shut off before it produces any espresso.I usually want more than just one double shot, so I have to take everything apart and refill it to get another cup. It's a small inconvenience and I readily do it to get the amount I want, but I wish there was a more convenient option to produce more without resetting everything. The overall product and size and espresso produced are great.UPDATE 7-MONTHS LATER:Still going strong! I use this machine almost daily, usually running the machine 2-4 times to get the amount of espresso I want. I live in a small apartment so this takes very little time to do in between getting ready in the morning. Still very happy with mg purchase! 4first 3 months great and then, tech support troubleshooting WIFI/camera not the machine Water started to leak from above the coffee holder after 3 months of usage. Water would be dripping into cappuccino not passing the coffee chamber. There are a few people that reported the same issue. I cleaned the machine following procedures and cleaned it with decalk solutionThe worst thing was that when I got on tech support. They forced me to create a video of my problem and we ended up troubleshooting me creating and sending the video over my bad connection. (Never worked my connection at the place I use the machine is NOT good) Really, tome to wake up Delonghi! I rather drive to the closest repair drop off (10 miles from my house) than going trough this process that requires me to have CAMERA to troubleshot coffee machine. 2My Capreso was cheaper lasted me 5 years and made awesome lattes and cappuccinos I only had the espresso machine for a month and it already needed to be descaled, I do not use tap water and we do not have hard water here. It wants to program it, which is ridiculous I am only making lattes and cappuccinos. My Capreso was cheaper lasted me 5 years and made awesome lattes and cappuccinos.
