    Great gift idea! This butter warmer makes an excellent gift for the cook who has everything. I purchased one for my boss for Christmas and he loved it - now I'm wishing I'd bought one for myself! The aesthetic is clean and simple and most people don't already own one. Pair with a cookbook and some matching wooden spoons and you're set. 5Something wrong with this item - overheats and cracks Aesthetically beautiful but the second one to combust/ crack on the hub suddenly - two broken within less than a month of using. 1Looks good but . Love the look of this piece and was hoping that it would be in my kitchen for years to come. Within a few uses a small knick had developed in the enamel (even after extreme efforts to not overheat the pot) and has now, 6 months later, developed into a 1 inch spot where the enamel no longer exists. Safe to say I will no longer be using this saucepan in the kitchen. So bummed! 1Chipped enamel Compared to the last Kobenstyle pots this one was chipped and the black stripe on top is very irregular. Don't think it's a fake though. (do they fake these things?) Since return postage would be $30 (shipped internationally) I will not return it. 2Sturdy. Great size and quality Sturdy. Hard to wash trying to keep the handle dry so it does not come loose by getting wet. Bad design. 3Five Stars Super cute and I am using it daily to make my chai. 5Retro chic Very nice baker! I'm so happy that they've re-released the Dansk Kobenstyle line and have been picking up pieces (both new and vintage) as I can. This baker heats evenly and cleanup is simple because of the enameled coating. This is a pretty large baking dish, suitable for a big casserole or mac and cheese for a family of 6. It does tend to chip along the edges if it's not handled carefully, but that's not something I bother with, as I like the vintage look the occasional chip gives off. Highly recommended. 5Handle not secure I love how this little pot looks but its flaw makes using it as a butter warmer unlikely. It seems to be a design issue and not specific to my pot .The wooden handle was loose when I it got it and though it can be tightened , it loosens again . Makes pouring butter from the butter warmer too difficult .Just FYI - low flame or the handle can burn . 3
