    Leaves sandy sediment in bath This leaves a lot of sediment in my bath. I put it in my bath ball and it flaked on me and dust in the air. I have the gaiman bath ball and had a filter from them which was black a carbon filter. This filter is a different color and I looked up what it is and its good because it filters heavy metals and chlorine etc. I just don't like the sediment... it is like a light sand left in my bath tub. It may not be good for my drain too. I won't buy it again. I am sad that gaiman discontinued making bath balls and filters and I wonder why. Also my old gaiman made the water clear and it is still blue. My water gets a greenish blue color when it doesn't have a filter or when my filters are old. I do not smell chlorine anymore though. 2Very much worth having! Highly Recommended!! I live in an apartment with terrible water quality. I had originally bought the Bath Ball from Gaiam and could tell an immediate difference in the first bath I took. I knew it was time to replace the filter because I could tell a difference in my skin - it was dry and patchy looking. I purchased this replacement filter and again could tell an immediate difference! Before the tub filled up to the half way mark, I could smell a difference and the water was clearer. When the tub filled up - the cat I live with jumped up on the side of the tub and drank some water. That's how I really knew - animals can confirm our thoughts. When he stops drinking the water, then I don't use it either! This is well worth the purchase. There was some charcoal or bits of dark flake that initially came out, but that happens with all filters and even if it had continued - it would be better than the toxic chemicals that come through our water system. The water is much improved with this bath ball and so is my health. My skin and over all well being is improved. I could tell an immediate difference - never underestimate or undervalue the importance of clean water. 5Seem to last less and less I thought this was pretty good but my replacement filter lasted one month and the original didn't last more than 3 months, but they supposedly last for a year. So, whatever....going somewhere else for my very hard H2O. 1Sandy sediment found in replacement I had a CuZ Bath Ball for half a year and it was great. Until I recently replaced the filter and I started seeing something from the bathtub. I first believe that is a new filter so it might need keep it in running water for few minutes to remove the problem, but it didn't work so I took out the filter and put in a wash basin. After I soaked for few seconds and now I could proved that the replaced has issued.Updated:The company contacted me and explained sandy sediment is expected and it should be gone after few days. They also gave me a replacement with installation instructions and the symptom seemed improved. I changed it to 4/5 due to the excellent customer service and they really care about their customers. Thank you again. 4Good Good 5Exactly what you expect Replacement filter - fits perfectly in bath ball. Make sure you let water run as recommended to rinse away extra sediment. 5... a month and it is filtering the water just fine. The only problem is that I must physically ... I have been using this ball now for a month and it is filtering the water just fine. The only problem is that I must physically hold the ball while the tub fills up because I have this 1962 faucet that is short snouted and no place to tape or attach this thing. The best way to explain the water after treatment is calming. We live in a very toxic world and our bodies weren't meant to cleanse and detox from this kind of bombardment, from our water, our air, erroded soil and toxic chemicals everywhere. This is one less thing my body has to deal with when trying to relax and cleanse. 3Removes ALL the chlorine We have very hard, very chlorinated water. Both of these are greatly mitigated by this little filter that we use for our little guy's baths. 5Gets the job done I have been using this for over a year and buying replacements every 3-6 months. We live in an area that has a lot of chlorine in the water supply. My 3 kids and myself had been battling itchy dry skin. After using the bath ball, the chlorine smell when we filled the tub was gone, and our skin improved. So did my hair! My only complaint is that it sometimes slips off my faucet. Mine has an arch with slight downward slope. It doesn't happen often, so it's not a deal breaker for me. Overall, I am pretty pleased with the product. I like that you can recycle the puck when it's done too. 4Great in Theory Filter Water that actually makes it through this filter feels smoother & is hopefully removing what is claimed; However, my faucet's flow is typically heavy & nearly Half of the water goes right over the edges even after several adjustments. Additionally, the special tape won't hold, the filter can't be easily moved when not needed, & it is a rather costly product for someone on a tight budget. I will still buy more replacement filters bc having a portion or my grandson's bath water safe is better than none! 4
