    Morning Coffee at Camp...I had my daughter and her boyfriend run over to Wal-Mart to pick up a coffe maker for camping because my old one seemed to have vanished. They brought back some 2 cup French Press kind of thing. It worked OK but 2 cups is not even close to enough coffee. Not to mention by the time everything is pressed and coffee is ready to drink it's tepid at best.Thanks to this 9 cup coffee maker, my Coleman stove and the good folks at the Yuban Coffee Company I get great coffee while camping now.There's really nothing else on Earth like a fresh brewed cup of Joe at 6,000 feet while the sun comes up over the mountains. 5But I ssue this on the colman stove to make the kids some hot chocolate and I like Tea, Earl-GreyA must have for making Tea or Hot chocolate...I do not use it for coffee... I have the Colman coffee maker for that...But I ssue this on the colman stove to make the kids some hot chocolate and I like Tea, Earl-Grey, Hot.....Do not leave water in it overnight or for long periods...metal will discolor on the inside.. 4I m shopping for a different one. UnimpressedTakes FOREVER to heat up!! Like an hour to brew a pot of coffee. Also use with an additional filter due to coffee grounds in your coffee. Also VERY difficult to hold and tip to pour when hot. 3Good buyNice little coffee pot for camping. 5Great for making coffee.I like this coffee pot. This thing melted on the first use. First of all I have always only seen percolators with a glass piece on top, but this one is plastic. We did everything right! Set it above the flames not in the fire, no direct heat, etc! This still melts. Did not get to enjoy one cup of coffee the entire week due to this thing failing on us.
