    was given used productHello,the machine and equipment were placed in a white non brand plain box. It did not feel like I had bough a brand new product, seemed like i was given a used product. there were some stains on the compartments used to collect the used pods. It did not even have any manual. 1Nice things do come in small packagesThe unit fits nicely on the counter without taking up much room. It produces a very hot espresso or lundo coffee in less than 1 minute. The frother runs super quiet and shuts off automatically after a few seconds and adds a nice finishing touch to your drink of choice. Recommended. 5Crap! I had had Nespresso espresso at a friend's house, and really enjoyed it, so I was very surprised when I made my first cup and it was...terrible. I tried a number of pods in the welcome pack with the same results: somewhat weak, an acrid bitter after taste, and a sour flavor that I just can't shake.I did some research. I found out that it can be calibrated. I calibrated it. I measured the water, repeatedly, to make sure I was calibrating it correctly, and made my first cup. Again, disappointment. I tried a different pod. Same results. Same unpleasant flavors, but stronger. Nearly every pod tasted the same. Is it me, or is it just not possible to get a good cup of coffee out of the tiny machine? My friend had one of the big expensive ones, and I'm beginning to think that you just can't get good coffee out of the little "inexpensive" one.Only reason I gave it more than one star is because it is a sturdy little machine. I'm seriously considering sending it back. I'm just not happy with this purchase. 2AWESOME "I recommend one to everyone I know"Machine works like a charm. Coffee is delicious. Saving me money...... 5Included espresso pods were expired by a yearProduct is great, an older version of the Pixie but we love it. It was a birthday present for my husband. The only complaints I have are that the box arrived pretty torn up and damaged but the product inside was OK still AND that the welcome espresso pods that they give you with this set came to us expired by almost a year! Which really sucked because that meant my husband could not use his birthday present until we ordered new pads which have not come in the mail yet 3Great little espresso machineIf you want espresso and don't want to spend thousands of dollars, Nespresso is perfect. Although I believe that this model might be discontinued, they have new small-footprint models that likely work as well. If you want regular-sized coffee, look into the Virtualine series. Nespresso customer service rates and A+ and they recycle the capsules, which you send back in prepaid bags. So easy. 5It's fineWhen I bought this product, it was with a plan to use reusable pods as I don't like the idea of all that garbage. And although they say they are recyclable pods, I am skeptical. I tried it out first with the pod sampler that came with the product. The espresso IS very good. It is like you would get at your favorite coffee spot. Unfortunately I had about 1/3 of the pods go into the machine crooked and get crushed and ruined, so it made each cup of espresso that much more expensive. That probably might have gotten ironed out with time as I learned the machine more, but it wasn't worth the effort or expense for me. 3Cheap productProduct was defective upon arrival and leaked water. Also aerocino frother did not work. Overall the product felt cheap and flimsy. 1
