DVD storage binder not best quality for priceI bought these DVD storage binders to free up space the DVD cases consumed. We sold are old entertainment center that stored our DVD collection & a friend gave me the idea of putting my DVDs into binders. I found this product on Amazon.These DVD storage albums need to be sturdier. Material used for outside of storage binder is not a hard & sturdy as Hard Back book..... it appears to be a corrugated card board. My photo albums are made of harder strudier material.It comes with 12 DVD sleeves. Each should be able to hold 4 DVDs per sleeve but I limited mine to 2 per sleeve since (see pics) due to the quality of the binder DVD storage. I was able to store only 24 DVD per binder.I like the color of the DVD binders. The design of the DVD sleeve is good and will hold the DVD covers for each movieI am making a DVD index to list the movies per each album.Not sure I would purchase anymore of these DVD storage binder due to quality.3Expensive but cheaply madeVery cheap quality, after just a few short months they started taking apart. the leather was coming apart at the seems and the pages were ripping. You're probably thinking I was careless with them, but I am actually very careful, perhaps a little obsessive compulsive about such things. I took very good care of them, and they still fell apart. Way too expensive for the quality that you get.1I absolute love the bindersI absolute love the binders. They are beautifully bound and certainly fulfilled my needs. I had about 100 Sony Hi8's of my children and 9 grandchildren. I had wanted to transfer these to DVD's for years. I got started right after Thanksgiving and I have just finished. One of my granddaughters gave me the binders for Christmas. It is one of my very favorite gifts. Now the three binders will have their own spot in the media room. When my family is visiting me, I see them flipping the pages to find a good DVD to watch. They love watching the ones when they were little. Among the many things God gave to us was Memories. Your binders do just that. They allow us access to Memories.5These are fantastic. I originally considered putting my DVD's and Blu-rays ...These are fantastic. I originally considered putting my DVD's and Blu-rays in these, and you can if you are willing to give up your cover art and inserts, or store them somewhere else. I have instead opted to store my CD's in them. I still did not want to give up my back inserts, as some of them have the song listings. I will place 3 CD's on one page, using the fourth slot as a holder for the CD back inserts. This reduces the amount I can hold in these books by 25%, but it works for my purposes. I do not regret this purchase.5Not BurgundyInitially purchased the brown, which were perfect; but ended up needing more and decided to try another color to alternate between with the brown. I love the binder itself and would buy again if needed; but the reason for lowering the star rating is because of the color. It is listed as a burgundy when it looks more like a muddy pink. It's not particularly attractive. However, I didn't want to return them and have to wait for my refund to purchase the black set and wait for its arrival, as it's not a Prime item; so I'm just ignoring my distaste for the color while they sit on my shelf.3I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED WHEN LATER THAT NIGHT I STARTED TRANSFERRING MY DVD ...I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK AND MY PACKAGE WAS ON THE FRONT PORCH WITH MY BELLAGIO CD/DVD BINDERS. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED WHEN LATER THAT NIGHT I STARTED TRANSFERRING MY DVD COLLECTION INTO THE BINDERS.THEY FIT FOUR DVD'S ON A SINGLE PAGE AND THERE IS A PROTECTIVE CLOTH LIKE PIECE IN THE BACK OF THE SLOT SO YOUR DVDS DONT GET SCRATCHED. I WAS ABLE TO TRANSFER ALMOST MY WHOLE COLLECTION BUT I RAN OUT OF PAGES AND I WANT TO DO THE SAME FOR MY CDS SO I WILL BE PURCHASING SOME BINDERS AND MORE PAGES. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS EVEN THOUGH I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER I WAS UNABLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT REGISTERED. THEY DID ARRIVE A WHOLE WEEK EARLY BUT IF SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE PACKAGE UNTIL A WEEK LATER. OVERALL I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE5Great for someone on a budget- quality matches the priceI just received this product in the mail and so far I really like it!I should say that you can feel how flimsy this item is, it is certainly cardboard covered in pleather- but it looks much more expensive than it is. I did purchase additional insert sheets which are already added to the book in the pictures I provided. I am not afraid of my CD's falling out like some of the other reviews claimed, there is a little plastic holder for the top of each CD to prevent just that. This plastic is not high quality and i can tell that somewhere down the line I'm going to have to replace sheets. To answer the other common question, these sheets cannot be used in a different three ring binder and must be used with the Bellagio-Italia binder.This fit my entire collection of Xbox and Playstation games, and it looks really nice too! While it is a bit flimsy, I like the product for the price that I payed and would/will buy again. My only real complaint is that this product comes with a pre-set label that says CDs/DVDs, I'd seen on some of the other binders the label 'games' or 'movies' and I was kind of hoping there would be additional label choices in the box with this product, however it is really just a minor inconvenience to print one out and cut it to size.Three out of Five stars because while the price matched the quality, this isn't the highest quality item and will need replacement/repair somewhere down the line. It does however look very nice and might last quiet a while in a soft-handed home. I will re-review this item in six months time to tell you how well it lasts.3I'm satisfied.I went from 300+ DVDs on eight shelves to six binders on one shelf. They don't stand up on their own very well, but my living room looks so much classier with all those DVD boxes gone. I was a little weary at first & was afraid I'd regret throwing out the cases, but as soon as I put the first DVD in the binder I knew I was making the right decision. I just wish they were a little sturdier.4A Classy Storage SolutionThis set arrived well packaged and ready for use.I immediately set out to shrink our family's collection of blu-rays and DVDs, and this is the nicest solution I've found. It has space for a cover as well as the disc, or you can fit two discs per page side.The nice external finish makes the discs vanish into our book case and now we have more space. I should have done this years ago!5like I didIf you bought this same product approximately ten years ago, like I did, you will find that this newer version is close to the original but not quite as good. The burgundy is more red than the original burgundy and the covers are slightly thinner. Some of the decorative embossing on the spine is now gone. Nonetheless, they do the job nicely and I am hoping they wear well like the originals. Since I have not been able to find these anywhere locally, I am happy that they are still made and I was able grab a set of six before people stop buying CDs entirely and then these products will disappear as well. I recommend them, they look much better than those big, ugly, zippered ones that used to slide around on the floor of your '99 Cavalier.4
