I would have given the order 5 stars as opposed to 4 but i thought a little extra wrapping/protection with possibly some bubble wrap other than just the bubble jiffy bag itself would be great though i did receive the 3 filters without any damage. The order actually came earlier than expected which makes the ordering experience better. What i really liked about ordering this time was the explanation letter on how to use the filter and some trouble shooting and explanation of when the filter seems to be clogged which would answer any of the negative reviews i've seen about the WellBlue alkaline filter pitcher. The filters work as explained in the letter. The taste of the water is good but i have never tested the water for ph level and i will at some point. At present i'm very pleased with the product! 4ExcellentExcellent 5I have better expectations for these filtersI have better expectations for these filters, because they were packaged better than the first batch of 3 I bought with the picture. These were packaged in a box, but the others were in a plastic box- that's it. When I opened them (1st bunch) some of the charcoal had come out of the filters and all over the filter sac and me. I have had a little trouble getting them to work right. But I am very pleased with what they do when they are working right - which is most of the time.
