Works for me... Four stars only because this product is too short for me as a throw and stitching isn't that great. .. but feels like butter and is great as a shawl, for cool nights sitting up and your shoulders are cold this little blanket will do. I loved the feel against my skin that I went back and ordered another one for a sort of bed jacket but shawl when shoulders are cold and you want to sit up in bed and knit. 4Exactly as described...I got this to lay over a chair my cat likes to sleep on. This small throw is exactly as described. It s thin, soft and cozy. My cat loves it. It looks and feels identical to the one I got at a retail store. It s perfect size and weight to bring on an airplane or just to take the chill off.5Made in China. Very thin. Better than newspapers or leaves, I suppose. I ordered one in red, which is what I got. These are very thin, 'utility-grade" grade pieces of fabric that are suitable for a dog's or cat's bed, or maybe a domestic animal. I doubt that an adult, even in the fetal position, could cover themselves with this. Might be good to have in your car in case of an emergency. Being polyester, they are not water-absorbent, which is a good thing. Several piled together might be warm almost cozy. Might be useful for fabric crafts or other trivial, frivolous uses. MADE IN CHINA, where "quality" is a word with no meaning. 1Not cozy, not cuddly. Good luck staying warm with this blanket.Very thin - almost see-through. I'm glad I just bought one. I use it to sleep under in the summer. It is wonderful over the pillow I use under my knees. Everything else I tried was irritating. They are inexpensive, lightweight throws suitable for lots of purposes such as traveling, an extra blanket on a cold night, a great summer throw for a chilly evening, and are especially good for children and animals such as dogs and ferrets.My animals adore their throws. They keep the chill out but don't make them overheat.I also love them because I am super sensitive to heat and finding a really lightweight throw, or blanket, is hard. I've literally bought dozens of them trying to find ones this lightweight.I admit their price reflects their manufacturing where quality control is not a big issues. Still, mine have seen a ton of abuse and are still in great shape.The purple one is more of a maroon color and the navy and red are a very deep navy and red, but the light blue, and yellow, are just that. I imagine you can never be really certain of color intensity as these are produced in batches and dyes are rarely exactly the same.I assume the customers dissatisfied with lack of a color choice didn't have the option to choose a specific color. That isn't really an issue now as there are specific colors offered. Also, although intensity might be deeper or lighter, they are still true to the color advertised.If you are looking for a standard-weight throw these will not make you happy. If you want something really lightweight, for you or your animals, this is the throw you want. 5Soft dog blanket.I needed a dog blanket.Works well.5Don t buy, small (baby blanket size), not soft, see through! Is it just me, or is fleece supposed to be soft? This blanket has the most ugly texture. It feels tougher than crappy wool, it s super tiny, like baby blanket size, and it s so thin it s see through. Got it for keeping on the couch for when I get cold but I doubt it ll do anything but irritate my skin. Horrible buy. 1Not *all* are created equal, I guess... I have purchased both the light blue and yellow versions of this blanket, and they re great. Granted, we use them for the cat bed and so they do not get tested by a lot of abuse. That said, they have been washed dozens of times and none of them have developed a hole or anything of that nature whatsoever. The yellow ones seems softer than the blue one, but the blue one is also the oldest so it could be a push. For roughly 8 dollars, I would absolutely buy them again. And again! It is possible that some of the other colors are made and different manufacturing facilities even in different countries, so that may be the critical difference. All I can give you is my own assessment. I paid full price for these and was not given any sort of remuneration for my positive review. 5Good I have lots of these little blankets (similar). This is is great - soft - but you know how sometimes fleece is a little plastic-y feeling? Like some feels very soft like fabric, but some feels soft and a little slippery? This is the latter. It's still wonderful to use, but it catches all the lint around my house (I have cats). 4Absolute garbage Ordered a tan item, for which i had to pay shipping (because i chose the color), and a chocolate brown one arrived. Nor is it 50x60 either! I took three pictures of the item laying over an actual 60x60 throw... Along with measuring tape showing 45".... The item is not worth sending back to the people i went through the trouble of ordering it from. But wanted to post reviews and pics to show these are norhing but dust mites holding hands.... Utter garbage! 1
