Seller has excellent followthrough, replaced defective framehe frame is pretty but is very poorly made. It uses small slivers of metal inserted into the frame edge to keep the picture & back panel in place(point gun type). The slivers are inserted too close to the top surface of the frame and when you lift them to remove the back, they lever out with a flake of the frame. I lost 5 out of about 12 metal pieces around the perimeter of the frame. There is no way to fix or reinsert them. I am just using the ones still in place to hold the back on.I bought other frames in the last week and they used a better method of holding the back on, flexible metal pieces that rotate. This frame's hardware is not appropriate for composite frames and is much less convenient for wooden frames. Grade D.Addendum. The seller reached out and apologized that they had received a bad batch of frames. I was sent a replacement at no charge and it is of better quality. 4Distressed white frameThe finish on the frame is exactly what I wanted. It blends well with other colors and gives the sense of age that is so current at the moment. The frame was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. My only negative is that it's suited more for a surface than it is for wall hanging. I bought it to use on the wall, so I'll need to remove the easel on the back because it's too bulky to hang flat against the wall and has a ribbon attachment that hangs down outside the frame when the easel isn't in use. It would, however, be perfect to use on a table. 4Do not order the Cream Frame!I have ordered three of these frames. The blue is perfect, but the the cream I ordered was defective. On the cream frame's mount, the backing was torn away. I had to use glue- much easier than a return. Since I wanted matching frames I ordered another cream, and the cream arrived defective as the previous order. Both needed gluing on the back. Overall, happy with the blue frame, but disappointed in the cream frames. 3The product arrived quick and looked just like the photoThe product arrived quick and looked just like the photo. When I opened the box the frame was broken. It was not very expensive, so instead of returning it I just ordered another one which came faster then if I had to ship it back and wait for a new one to be shipped to me since I also purchased a 4x4 and I wanted them as a set. The new one arrived actually within 24 hours and was not damaged. My one star rating is due to the fact that it lasted less than 5 days on a shelf untouched before the back piece that supports it when it stands up just broke off. It is very poorly made.I now wasted money on two of these. They look nice, and the frame itself would be fine if it was mounted on a wall, the back of it is just built very poor. 1Pretty Blue FrameVery pretty and love the color. The frame is not a 4x4, it just takes a photo of that size. I read this in the description, so I knew what to expect. It looks lovely on my gallery wall. Very well made, I m happy with it. Only complaint is the stand prevents the frame from sitting flat on my wall (see picture), but not a huge deal. 5Great product.This beautiful picture frame is very well made and a true value for the price. The frame matches many color schemes in my home and can be wall mounted or set on a flat surface. I would recommend this frame to my family or friends. The quality is great and the frame is of very good quality. She likes it so much that she want to get a kitchen table made with the same finish. I highly recommed this product. It was shipped promptly. Great product and company. We are happy. 5Hooks are NOT placed incorrectly. GREAT FRAME!I love this frame!!! We miss our girls and they look beautiful in it...minus my glare. lolIt got some bad reviews regarding the hooks not being centered. As you can see in my pic, they provide a string. Those hooks are placed where they are for you to tie the string to them and hang by that. They even included 2 nails and 2 hangers (what the nail goes through for hanging pictures).There are approximately 12 tabs on the back to hold the backing on. In reality, you really only need 1 on each side...they put 3 on each side. That s good because often times when switching photos, they break off. It did happen that 2 broke off. That happens on frames all the time! It did not prevent the backing from staying on perfectly. They also put bumpers on the back so that the frame doesn t scratch your wall.I think that it s a great frame!! I highly recommend it. It got here fast and I have no problems at all!! 5Frame blends well with black and white photos.I have a picture from the 1940's of some relatives of mine. The picture was taken in black and white. I wasn't sure if the light blue border would blend well with the picture, but in fact, I thought it did rather nicely. In fact, I am pleased at how well the framed picture looks now. My only comment for improvement of the item is that piece that holds the picture up on a table have a longer string, so that the picture can be a bit more stable when placed on a desk or table. 4Opening not actually 4x6I bought this to frame a cross stitch I made for my grandparents. It was right before Christmas and I didn't have time to look for anything else so I had to make due with this. I had to remove the decorative stitched border on the cross stitch to get the prefer to look right in the frame because the opening was quite a bit smaller than 4x6. I was very disappointed, but like I said, I procrastinated and didn't have time to get something that worked better. The frame itself looks good though. 3
