    Great product. Very heavy items may slide down even when clamped. I gave this four stars and will explain why. This does exactly what you expect it to do. And clamping is extremely tight and install is easy. However on my heavier items such as a my shop floor broom, once I push it into position...it will slide down even with the tight clamp. This may be partially due to the high humidity where I live. But I have a hard time fault the clamps since they are very tight to begin with. If you have very heavy items that will hang, be prepared to put a stopped near the floor to avoid this situation. Overall I would buy again and will continue to use them. 4These strong, sturdy clamps work great These very sturdy clamp hooks hold my mops, broom, step ladder and more. They hold handles/rods from about 0.5 in. to 1.5 in. They have a firm hold so rods do not slip, even for heavier items (~ 8 lbs. is as much as I have tried).Position them so your thumb can press lightly on the side labeled "Press" so items remove easily. I chose to mount them on a board first so I could more firmly attach them to the wall, and because they look good that way.I was originally looking for 2 hooks, but these worked so well that I used all 10 of them: in the laundry room, pantry, and broom closet. I am about to order more for the garage. They are not high on beauty, but great on functionality. Note: screws NOT included. 4I ended up with a bunch of plastic ones that were crap. Finally found these again I'd been looking for these forever. I ended up with a bunch of plastic ones that were crap. Finally found these again, and bought a bunch! The ones I bought 20 years ago have been indestructible. The perfect way to hang brooms and shovels outside. 5Easy, Strong -- could use a little grippy texture but you can DIY Good and simple. Easy to install, and quite strong too.If try hanging something heavy with a very smooth plastic stick, it might slide down. I suggest just wrapping a rubber band on the clip to make it grippy. 4Terrible quality from Black Duck Deals I purchased these through Black Duck Deals and was not happy with what they sent me. About half of them was poorly riveted where one clamp was already separating. The rest was acceptable but the overall quality was still poor. I decided they weren't worth keeping or replacing and returned them. For anyone who is curious, they came packaged together in a bag and comes with no screws. I did find nearly identical replacements at my local Home Depot called White Spring Grip and were $2.58 for 2pcs with screws. 1Fantastic clamps These clamps are great around the house, garage, shed or barn. I have a three stage extension for my gas power washer. I use the extension for cleaning gutters on my barn and home. The extension when extended is approx 25 foot, when collapsed it's around 8 to 9 foot with around 4 foot of pressure hose hanging out the back end and weighs around 10 to 12 lbs. I used two of these clamps to mount this extension to a pole in my barn and they work great. It's up in the air, hose is off the ground and the clamps hold it nice and tight. Extension is easy to push into the clamps and easier to pull out. Absolutely no negatives to these clamps for the price paid. 5tool wall holders I use them to hold some of my garden tools on my garage wall for better organization and space saving. I actually attached them to the wall with a Hercules hook so I didn't need to worry about finding a stud (I use Hercules hooks for everything). these things have a death grip. it's hard for me to push it hard enough to open it and release the tool, but it's ok because since I used the Hercules hook I just take the whole thing off the wall and use both hands to open it. it holds my shovel, broom, and rake with no problems. I found that my pick might have been to heavy for it because it started slipping. however I'm happy with them. 5Great Organizing Tool Bought for our garage to hang shovels, brooms, etc. Hung horizontal boards along garage wall and attached these grip clamps to it. Worked out great! Instead of leaning against the wall, our tools are hanging up (I even labeled so that everyone knows what goes where--I got a little crazy). Once attached, these clamps are quite sturdy--they hold the everything securely. I even have my sledgehammer hung up if that says anything. 5Very Strong, Holds a Wide Variety of Sizes These clips are great! I've tried 1", 1-1/8" up to aprox. 1-1/2" diameter handles and all are gripped very firmly. I tried the "Lehigh 13201 Grip Clip Organizer, Silver, Medium," which are supposed to hold up to 1-1/8" dia., but handles this size popped right out and even 1" dia. wasn't held securely.We have a ranch and tow a dump cart behind an ATV for doing chores (repairs, digging, mucking, etc.) and I wanted a way to carry extra implements (hoe, shovel) on the side of the dump cart. Given that the dump cart bounces around a lot over our pastures, we really needed something that holds implements firmly. 5Works great, super sturdy. These are sturdy and do exactly what you would expect them to. I have one holding up my broom in the laundry room. You can remove and replace the object with one hand with ease by just pushing on the thumb tab, but the spring is strong enough to hold the object in whatever position you replace it in. Much better than using a hook--those are unsightly and honestly drive me mad. Really useful item and a good deal. 5
